Very good. Very honest and forthcoming.
Amazing. Seriously, I am beyond thrilled that I am going with her. She is to the point and honest. Dr. Cherup doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Very professional and she made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. Looking forward to having my make over done by her.
Very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and she is a very good listener
5 out of 5 stars Breast Reduction
I did a lot of research at the time and she ALWAYS came up as the best. Sometimes people dont like what they are hearing, but a good doctor does not just tell you what you want to hear. They do what is RIGHT and Dr. Cherup does just that. She made me feel like a lady again and I did not have to be ashamed of my chest. Now if I could just feel that way about my stomach I would be perfect....well as perfect as a mom of 4 can get :) I remember Dr. Cherup joking with me about the after math of a tummy tuck. No, she never sugar coated anything, but she knows her stuff and she produces amazing results.

I initially thought Dr. Cherup had my best interest at heart after meeting her. I had been seeing her for 2 years. I respected her reputation and abilities as a surgeon. Unfortunately, upon a follow up appt. I experienced what Dr. Cherup has been known for; arrogance and being disrespectful. I was humiliated by her reaction to some concerns I had. Due to this behavior, lack of explanations, listening, understanding and unprofessionalism I will never go back to Dr. Cherup for anything, nor will I recommend her to anyone. It is unfortunate that a physicians behavior and poor staffing can leave such a bad impression on a 2 year doctor-patient relationship.
3 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery
She didn't make promises saying that I'd look so much younger, etc. She did say I was really in need of the surgery. She seemed very confident. I'd been in her office for two years getting botox (not from her) and I had not seen anyone who I thought looked bad. I thought I'd jumped right in. What I found out (after the fact) was that there is more than one way to fix an upper eye lid droop. It had never occured to me to research that. She had wanted to do a lower face lift, but I was not prepared to do that at this time. I don't live in an area where women as careful about their looks. So I'm not sure how much work the plastic surgeons get. So the pickings are slim here.
