5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
I was recommended to go to Dr. McCafferty for breast augmentation. Not only did I have an excellent, positive experience, I actually call his office for recommendations for other doctors or health questions! Bed side manners were excellent and he really made me feel relaxed and that I could trust him. Couldn't be happier with my results and healing process. One of the best decisions in my life...
5 out of 5 stars Liposuction
For five years I have considered liposuction but never felt comfortable with the other doctors or practices that I consulted with. Dr. McCafferty's name kept coming up and when I finally made the appointment for my consultation I knew I had found the right person for the procedure. Cannot say enough for the professionalism of his staff and the nurses. When necessary they were comforting and...

5 out of 5 stars NeoGraft
I've always had very thin, fine hair and thought I had to live with it. Not anymore!!!! I had the Neograft procedure done and am so happy with the result already!!! The hair on top of my head would separate and go flat in no time, now it holds much better and now you cannot see through to my scalp! The best part, nobody knew I had it done. There was literally no down time and since there is...

5 out of 5 stars Breast Implant Removal
Simply THE BEST.
Had a breast augmentation in April of 2012. I had several appointments before surgery and was very specific with what I wanted. I asked for them under the muscle and did not get that. The right implant was falling and has always been lower than the left. To date - the right implant hangs 2 inches lower than the left and they both have fallen and ripped the stitching underneath to a...

I am extremely happy with my breast augmentation results. Dr. McCafferty made me feel very comfortable and I really liked how he took the time to explain all my options. My results look natural and fit my body. I am a better me!! I can’t say enough about his professionalism and how wonderful everyone in the office treated me. I would recommend him to anyone, best in Pittsburgh!
5 out of 5 stars Latisse
Dr. McCafferty is the best cosmetic surgeon in the Pittsburgh area. I would never even attempt to go elsewhere. He has performed several procedures on me both major and minor with all outcomes better than I expected. I have found him to be very honest and professional throughout all procedures.
