I have seen Dr Leong twice in the past 2 years for tear trough fillers and I am very pleased with the results! He thoroughly explains the procedure and his staff is excellent. The under eye area is very delicate so do follow advice and stop taking ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, and any blood thinners one week or more before the appointment. I did the first time and had minimal brusing. The second time I did not do it for a full week and had more bruising.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Leong! From my first consultation visit through every post op appointment, Dr. Leong took the time to fully explain my lower blepharoplasty procedure. I never felt rushed and he answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my results and I would recommend Dr. Leong for blepharoplasty surgeries.

First of all, Dr. Leong is not only "Doctor" intelligent but he's also relatable and down to earth. On that note itself, I give him 5 stars. I had my under eyes done. I researched and found him to be the best at this in Pittsburgh. I got an appointment quickly. My wait was less than 15 min once I arrived. His staff were kind, asked questions about me personally, and treated me like I had been there a dozen times before. The procedure was painless. I had minimal swelling. And the results were exactly what I was hoping for. I had a lot of hollowness and dark circles from aging, genetics, and stress. He said I would look natural after and he was right. Aside from the first day swelling, you can't tell I had fillers. I look refreshed. Listen, full transparency, This isn't my first cosmetic procedure. Ive been to other PS's. I can't say all my doctors are like Dr. Leong. He's def my new fav. If you need any work done on your face, he's your guy.

Dr. Leong's technique surpasses any other facial plastic surgeon in the Pittsburgh area! I have been receiving treatments such as Botox/ dysport and fillers for 5 + years now and have never had a complication! Results always exceed my expectations! Dr Leong is a true professional! I saw him for tear trough correction yesterday, and I am really happy with the results so far! Dr. Leong was so patient and thorough in answering all of my questions before, during, and after the procedure. I was hesitant to get tear trough correction as I was afraid that it would look super obvious that I had something done to my face, but the results look very natural and not overdone, so it really just looks like I finally caught up on sleep rather than having had work done. If you are looking for a kind and competent doctor for tear trough correction, I highly recommend Dr. Leong.
