Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
As a rhinoplasty specialist, my goal is to give you a result that fits the characteristics of your face without an obviously "done" look. Today’s rhinoplasty patients are frequently more open to embracing their natural features and unique qualities. Refinement, as opposed to more dramatic alteration, is often the goal. Of course, rhinoplasty isn’t just for aesthetic concerns. Nasal surgery like septoplasty can also improve the function of the nose. A procedure to change the appearance of the nose can also correct obstructions, such as a deviated septum or nasal valve collapse, helping you breathe easier. There’s no cookie-cutter approach to rhinoplasty in my Philadelphia-area practice. In 20 years of doing rhinoplasty, I can honestly say that each procedure was performed differently, to achieve the patient’s desired look. I employ video imaging that gives you the opportunity to preview your surgical result. My goal is to create facial harmony with beautiful form and function.

Dr. Timothy M. Greco is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia. His practice focuses solely on plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head, and neck, including surgical and nonsurgical rhinoplasty.

Dr. Grego received his bachelor's degree in biology from Lafayette College. After earning his medical degree at Hahnemann University School of Medicine, he completed a surgical internship at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, followed by a residency in head and neck surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
While Dr. Greco is known for his expertise in rhinoplasty, he is adept at numerous other facial plastic surgery procedures. From facelifts and brow lifts to otoplasty (ear surgery) and blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), Dr. Greco strives to achieve optimal, personalized results for each of his patients.
He also offers minimally invasive procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and Kybella to rejuvenate his patients' appearance without surgery.
