Breast augmentation enhances the size and the shape of breasts using silicone or saline implants. Patients who choose to undergo a breast augmentation have many options to choose from, such as their implant size, shape, projection, incision placement, and type of implant. I’m here to guide you through all of these decisions, to help you make the right choices for you.
I also frequently perform breast lifts, breast reduction surgery (including gynecomastia surgery for men), and breast reconstruction for women who have undergone a lumpectomy or mastectomy. Face and Neck Lifts

As a plastic and maxillofacial surgeon, facelifts are one of the procedures I perform most frequently for my Pittsburgh-area patients. Our face is usually the first feature that succumbs to signs of aging. This can happen faster and more severely for certain people due to factors like stress, lifestyle, and sun exposure. A facelift can effectively turn back time and restore a naturally youthful look.
During a facelift, I make an incision at the hairline that extends around the ear. I remove any excess fat and sagging skin, while gently lifting the remaining skin and underlying structure to create a contoured, wrinkle-free face and jawline.
For younger patients, I offer a mini facelift. The ideal candidate for a mini lift is someone who is 35 or older with mild to moderate signs of aging. A mini facelift focuses on rejuvenating the lower facial features, and reducing fine lines and wrinkles, while creating more definition between the face and neck.
