Since I can remember I have always wanted to have my breasts done. About a year ago, I started to seriously think about getting a breast augmentation and looked into different surgeons. I did the normal first step that most people do and went to Google. Google gave me all sorts of information but of course it was so overwhelming and you don't even know where to start with what questions to ask. I turned to a few of my friends who have had theirs done. Asking everything under the sun from their experience, what size they got, what they would have done different and how was their recovery. After talking to a few people I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Heaney. Upon calling to schedule my consultation, his office staff was overly nice and informative over the phone. The day of my consultation I was nervous but his office staff is so welcoming, nice and put all my nerves at ease. They are knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even gave me advice on things I never would have thought to ask. Leading up to surgery and the day of surgery they were so supportive and always there for me to ask any questions or reassure me that everything would go perfect. The day of my surgery went so smooth and from the time I walked into the door of the outpatient surgery center to the time I left went by so much faster then I thought it would! All of the pre and post op suggestions that his office staff and nurse told me to do were so helpful! Now being 6 months out from surgery I am overjoyed with my results! Dr. Heaney did an amazing job and gave me confidence that I didn't know I was missing. You wont receive a better experience from people who care about the work they do and the people they help! For anyone that is considering a breast augmentation or going to see Dr. Heaney I promise you wont regret it!

Doctor Heaney has a nice bedside manner. I’ve had several procedures done and the results have always been very good and exactly what I expected. His staff is also wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitant to recommend him to any of my family or friends

I was getting ready for a class reunion. I had a lot of sun damage and sagging of face. I went to Dr Heaney office to discuss options. First his nurse was very helpful in reviewing procedures. Then doctor Heaney came in and explain everything in detail. I felt very comfortable with everything and they treated me like family

I went to see Dr Heaney for sagging of my breasts. They had also deflated after the kids. He explain the options , varying outcomes , care, scars, and possibly sagging I the future. His girls showed me a variety of patients he had performed the surgery on. It's been over a year and everything went well and my breast look great . I feel so much better in and out of clothing. I would definitely recommend Dr Heaney to anyone considering breast surgery

My neck and lower jaw area were starting to sag due to sun damage and age. I looked older than I felt. Considering the cost of cosmetic injectable products (which would not address my neck issues) I opted for surgery. I conducted considerable on-line research on the procedure and doctors in the area. I decided to consulted with Dr. Heaney and his staff. I was impressed with the staff which I considered a positive reflection on the doctor. They were professional, informative and relaxing as was Dr. Heaney. I'm happy with my surgical outcome. I look like myself but my friends and family aren't sure what is different about me other than I look refreshed. Winner!

My experience with Dr.Heaney began 12 years ago and continues. I have had numerous surgeries and maintenance procedures such as botox and juvaderm. Each was excellent from the consultation to the post treatment care. He and his staff were knowledgeable, attentive to my individual needs and concerns, efficient, affordable, and most important professional and skilled. I would not consider going to anyone else.

First let me explain to you I dont candy coat stuff, I shoot form the hip and what you get from me, is exactly how I see it. I am not a small framed gal, although carrying around 40DD breasts that had long seen the " perky" part of life, not to mention the pain in my back and chest muscles were starting to wear on me significantly. I made an appointment to see Dr. Heaney. I met some of his staff reviewed his photo album of before and after pics and of course was wondering, how I would look and just how bad this was going to hurt. He came in and examined me and asked what my expectations were ( and me, being so straight forward type of person said) I want "LESS and back where they belong" and with a genuine smile, said, I can do that. Then he said, want me to fix your belly?...... Uh well I was at that point wondering what was "wrong" with my belly he explained that my stomach muscles had split and no amount of sit ups was going to put them back together. We discussed that procedure and cost. I paid cash for my procedure as my insurance deductible was / is so high. Upon arriving at the surgical center i was treated with respect and the professionalism there was very apparent. After surgery I awoke well bandaged and in minimal pain( yes that was a serious concern for me). As typical for the surgery I had, I had drains placed in both breasts and drains in my hips, that were removed in office at about a week for breasts and 2 weeks for hips. As I type this I am 22 days post op, and can honestly tell you I only used the prescribed pain meds for about 7 days. I am healing very well as I showered with dial antibacterial soap, and used a hair dryer on cool to dry my incisions, I stayed hydrated and got up and walked when I could and rested when I should. Dr. Heaney is very skilled, very realistic and you must also be realistic when considering surgery of any type. I am very pleased to say that my breasts are much lighter and back in a " normal " place vs hanging past my elbows, my tummy although still swollen( mind you I'm just 22 days out) is considerably flatter. I watched a lot of you tube videos, I saw how the procedures were preformed( DON'T DO THAT TO YOUR SELF) If you choose Dr. Heaney to do your procedure, you will be given honest expectations and I believe he gives you the very best outcome with what he has to work with (you). I am very pleased at my choice to have Dr. Heaney and his staff do my surgery. I am just a little over 3 weeks out of surgery and am very pleased with my results. Its only going to get better from here on out!

I wanted a tummy tuck because I didn't like all of the loose skin and fullness after having 2 children. I also had liposuction and muscle tightening. It was very difficult to stand up straight for about 10 days. The drain was removed after 9 days, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Stitches were all removed by 3 weeks. I wore an abdominal binder for about 2 months, especially when I was at work. I just felt more comfortable with the support. I noticed that it took a while for my belly to look "normal" to me, but it was something that only I noticed. I noticed that my skin continued to shrink for the entire first year after surgery. The outcome was better than I could have hoped and I am flatter than I was in high school!

I had one ear that stuck way out... it was terrible for my self esteem... I used to hide under my hair... I never went swimming with my friends. $2,400 changed my life. I was down & out for a good 2 or 3 days right after the procedure. It took a few weeks to fully recover & I've had some weird nerve tingling from time to time, but nothing painful. It was so completely worth it though!! I highly recommend it :)

Steven Heaney in Erie Pa did a breast augmentation on me. After surgery my breasts were uneven. During my follow up around 6 weeks later i asked Mr Steven Heaney to do a revision as quickly as possible bc i could no longer wear any form fitting garments due to one breast sitting uneven from the other. It was very noticeable. I was told to wear sweaters and return in 6 months for the revision. Mr Heaney stated he wanted to be sure the breast wouldn’t fall into place (it had been 6 weeks, i was very reluctant) . 7 months later a revision is completed by Dr Heaney. I go back in for a follow up and i ask the Dr why was my left breast indented. He said it would go away once the breast settled. The indention did not go away because he put the stitches on my breast instead of under the fold of my breast. I text his personal cellular number and expressed the concerns i had with this breast and that I would be making a follow up at his office. At my appt his staff agreed as well as Me Heaney that I needed ANOTHER revision . I expressed that this would be my THIRD surgery regarding this augmentation. I said if you are tired of dealing with this breast refund me. He declined because he stated he would do another revision . I also have screenshot messages from his personal staff saying Mr Heaney agreed to correct this along with other messages from staff that I can post if i feel it’s needed. Anyways 2 weeks lapsed and I felt as if U was getting the run around . I never got a call from his office to reschedule ANOTHER revision, instead Mr Heaney calls my cellular device and tells me he will not do ANOTHER revision because someone in office foundout i was a stripper 15 years ago and he had seen me a few times during that time period 15 years ago and not to come back to his office. Then threaten to call the state board of nursing on me for my “past”. Let me iterate this. Mr Heaney brought up something of the past from 15 years ago to excuse himself from doing my revision . Is that even ethical ? This Dr took me on as a patient and now thinks he will leave me botched. This was an excuse not to do my revision because it would be the 2nd revision for free which is no fault of my own. This was his surgical errors. I also have pain in the breast due to the location of the stitch. I also have message from Mr Heaney to his staff denying his staff said anything about the past. Physicians must uphold ethical responsibilities not to discriminate against prospective patients on the basis of personal or social characteristics that are not clinically relevant. I am currently seeking advice if i should do a civil lawsuit verse a medical malpractice. I did attempt to handle this matter quietly with Dr Heaney. This Dr has taken my self confidence away from me and wasted my hard earned money
