I had my surgery in March of 2023 due to complications from my implants that I had put in by another surgeon 31 years ago. Dr. Leonard performed En block total Capsulectomy, and Mastopexy to ensure that every bit of the capsule was removed. I was pretty anxious about the surgery, but everyone made me feel so comfortable, and relaxed during the whole process. Dr. Leonard truly cares, and advocates for his patients. I'm so impressed with him, and I'm so happy with my results, and if I had to do it all over again this is the place I would choose. I highly recommend Leonard Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Leonard and his staff are an amazing team. All aspects of my breast reduction surgery were fully explained and questions were answered with kind responses. After care was exceptional, and when I had a slight problem I got a quick response and appointment. I am so ecstatic with my results that I should have done it years ago!

I seen Dr. Leonard for an en bloc with no lift for 13 year old saline implants. It was very important to me that the en bloc be successful and that the entire capsule was removed. I had been suspecting BII for a few years and it was important to locate a surgeon that not only believed in BII, but had the skills to compete the en bloc successfully. Dr. Leonard came recommended on the BII website. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The entire staff has been so helpful and kind. I appreciate Dawn very much, she was always there to answer my questions and offer support through that first few weeks after surgery. I felt cared for throughout the entire process. My surgery went well and I am very happy with my results. Dr. Leonard truly cares for this patients, and I am grateful to him and his staff for such a great experience.

From start to finish Dr Dann Leonard and his entire staff in Salem, Oregon have been phenomenal!!! Everything went well, super happy with the results and I felt very cared for the entire time! He performed an en bloc and Mastopexy on me on June 1st. I honestly could not ask for a better doctor and team. Five minutes after meeting him during consultation I knew I was in the right place! He’s amazing! If I ever need anything else done in the future he will definitely be the one I go to!

I highly recommend Dr. Leonard to anyone looking for a tummy tuck/muscle repair. I had severe back pain, due to my stomach muscles separating from 4 back to back pregnancies. I thought I would have been happy with just the muscle repair. I was wrong, the tummy tuck changed my life. I no longer look like I'm still pregnant, no more tucking my stomach in pants. It's been amazing and I feel wonderful. Dr. Leonard makes you feel very comfortable, doesn't RUSH you like other practices do, will explain everything so you can understand it thoroughly and his assistant Dawn is great, too! 10/10 stars. I had the best experience at this plastic surgeon clinic. Dr. Leonard answered everyone of my questions I was super patient with me while I explore the possibility of my tummy tuck. After a massive weight loss 163 pounds I had no idea what to expect. I came out of it with a beautiful flat tummy beyond what I expected the team helped me with pain management and anything else that popped up. I’d recommend anyone.

After close to 10 years of having textured breast implants and finding out they are causing Lymphoma cancer in some women, I knew I needed them out stat. I went to my original plastic surgeon in Oregon for a consult and was quoted $5,000 more than Dr Leonard's estimate plus recommended additional work and to put plastic mesh in - no thank you! I found a Facebook support group for women having their implants removed and Dr Leonard was the top recommended surgeon in Oregon for the procedure. I booked a consult and was thrilled by the end of it. Dr Leonard was confident in his ability to help me and restore my chest as close as possible to its pre-implant state. Dr Leonard and his staff are warm, welcoming, don't push additional procedures but are happy to give you information if you inquire about them. I could tell they believed what I was telling them when I said I was suffered with Breast Implant Illness symptoms and concerned about cancer risk. To feel believed and supported about Breast Implant Illness was such a relief. My procedure went well, they even bumped up my surgery date sooner which I was so grateful for. I am happy with the results and the post-operative support. Dr Leonard and his staff are the nicest team of professionals! They care about their patient and they will make you feel so comfortable during the process. I didn't find this at my first surgeon where I left feeling dejected. To have a doctor believe what you are telling them about health issues surrounding breast implants was so validating. Thank you Dr Leonard and team!
