Mommy makeovers are not a one-size-fits-all surgery—each body is unique and individual. I love combining breast and tummy surgeries for a complete body transformation. Some patients need a tummy tuck combined with a breast augmentation or a breast lift, while others want a breast reduction or a breast implant exchange. Sometimes I also recommend adding liposuction, to contour the torso and create the absolute best result. The best candidates for breast augmentation are women who are looking for improvement rather than perfection.
If you want your breasts to look both fuller and more lifted, I may recommend that you have a breast lift at the same time as your breast augmentation. If your primary concern is sagging and you simply want perkier breasts, and breast lift alone can create a more youthful look. I also offer breast reduction surgery, which can alleviate back and neck pain, so you can live a more active lifestyle.

Skin Tightening
Aging, pregnancy, or significant weight loss can all leave sagging skin. At my Beaverton, Oregon practice, I have treated patients who never thought they could get their bodies back after weight loss or multiple pregnancies. Sagging abdominal skin is especially common. Patients who are in relatively good shape but bothered by loose abdominal skin can be great candidates for abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck. Some patients with lingering excess fat opt for liposuction, while those with sagging breasts can benefit from a breast lift. Arm lifts are also popular, to contour the upper arms, as are neck lifts for defining the neck and jawline. After graduation, he trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Lee went on to complete residencies in general surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, and plastic surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. He has been in solo practice in Portland, Oregon, since 1999.
