Dr. Norcom and staff at Bridgeport Lazer are awesome! So have researched this procedure and pricing and results...seemed like what was looking for, tho did not know anyone who had had. Decided to just go for it! Didnt hurt two staff members have had done and loved. Showed photos, shared their thoughts. Did not get until now, the one lady had had a baby a bit prior.sje was thrilled results. I am old. Have had three. No tummy tuck. Had first session. Abs and tush. Proceedure feels odd to start. But 20 mins total. And breaks with the thumping thing to break up lactic acid. (You are NOT sore like after intense work5. Beautiful! Will post pics amazing

I went in for a consultation to see if Dr. Norcom could remove a prominent vein on the back of my leg. The consultation was easy and informative. I booked an appointment for a sclerotherapy session after. The appointment was quick and easy and Dr. Norcom fielded my many questions like a pro. Post procedure went as explained and the vein has disappeared. I was warned there may be a small dark spot and this has proven to be true, but it seems to be fading.

I am always pleased with the customer service from the staff at Bridgeport Wellness. They focus their attention on your wants and needs and don't miss a beat when it comes to the little details of caring for you with each appointment. Very pleased with all services I have received and will continue to frequent this location.

My first experience with Juvederm was more than satisfactory. I had been debating whether or not to inject my lips for quite some time and knew I didn't want the ever so popular "Kylie Jenner lip". I wanted my lips to look augmented but natural. Dr. Norcom informed me that he would not inject more than 1 cc at time and explained the pros and cons of this infamous look. After Savannah numbed my lips (didn't hurt at all) , the procedure itself took less than 15 minutes. I was impressed that I did not feel a thing and how gentle Dr. Norcom was during the entire process. I was slightly swollen afterwards but was ecstatic to see NO BRUISING! This was due to a new technique creating only one puncture to both the top and upper left and ride side of the lip. I was highly impressed with both procedure and technique.

I went to have the IPL done on a friday. The technician was great. Everyone took good care, made sure I was cofortable and clear on what was happening. She checked in often during the procedure. I didnt have any down time. Post it feels like sun burn. The results are OK. I still have redness around my nose and chin that I hoped would be more diminished for the price. I also have some sun damage on my neck that wasnt treated this time but was done last time. I should have asked, I dont think I will do this again.

Am so pleased with Dr. Norcom at Bridgeport Laser & Wellness Center. I liked him the moment I met him. I appreciated the time he took to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed. He was patient and I barely felt the needle. I would definitely recommend him. His staff is also very welcoming and warm. The Center's ambience is quite soothing and well appointed. Even though I am considering other treatments, I absolutely was not pressured nor given a sales pitch. I like this facility very much!

I first heard of them on Groupon. Which is a terrible idea, USUALLY. I went in for a free consultation without purchasing just to feel them out. Their office is in an amazing location on the pedestrian walkway of the waterfront, right on the river. I was immediately offered a drink and received no flak for being 10 minutes late since it's a little hard to understand where they're located. Dr Norcom came off like a pro and was receptive to what I wanted and answered all my questions. I decided to get the procedure done then and there. I got Juvederm Ultra lip injections. I only wanted my top lip and he listened, when I hear most insist on doing both. He has a technique where he makes only 2 inserts with a needle and used a tool to disperse the gel into the hole lip. I believe this is what gave me barely any swelling and NO bruising! You are even numbed before this AND the gel contains lidocaine (more numbing). They also take care credit which is nice. As a 26 year old who has had severe acne on my back and chest since I was a teenager, I never went out in public without a shirt. This was my first visit to this delightful Portland clinic and it was truly first class. The staff is very friendly and professional, the facility is beautiful, very calming and comfortable. Amanda gave me a microdermabrasion 4 days ago and my skin looks so much better--glowing even! I have been getting regular skin treatments for years and always with good estheticians. Amanda is right up there. I will definitely be back and will try some of the other many treatments they have to offer. One interesting fact about this clinic is that there is very little to no turnover in the staff. They have all been working for Dr. Norcom and clearly all really, really like him and respect him for his expertise and how wonderful he is with his patients. I'm so happy I found this clinic!
