Dr. Richard Rosenfield is a board-certified OB-GYN and gynecologic surgeon with over 20 years of experience. He is the owner and founder of Pearl Women’s Center and Pearl Surgicenter in Portland, Oregon, where he offers a wide range of gynecologic procedures. Dr. Rosenfield specializes in cosmetic gynecology and vaginal rejuvenation, including labiaplasty, vaginal tightening (vaginoplasty), O-Shot, Viveve, FemiLift, and more. His practice serves patients across Oregon, Washington, Northern California, Idaho, and Alaska. In designing the Pearl Women’s Center and Pearl Surgicenter, Dr. Rosenfield took great care to create environments that felt welcoming and comfortable, not cold and clinical. Passionate about continuing education and furthering his expertise, Dr. Rosenfield has received advanced laparoscopic training so that he can stay at the forefront of progress in minimally invasive surgical procedures. Dr. Rosenfield has given lectures at conferences locally, nationally, and abroad on a variety of topics in his field, including healthcare, patient recovery from surgery, the outpatient approach to hysterectomy surgery, and more. Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he is recognized as a pioneer of gynecologic surgical techniques, and has been named a Top Doctor in Portland, Oregon. After moving to Portland in 2000, Dr. Rosenfield fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and is an active member of his local community. He is affiliated with a number of professional organizations, including the Portland Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Oregon Medical Association, as well as national groups like the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. In his spare time, he goes hiking, skiing, and scuba diving to enjoy all the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer. He also loves spending time with his children and playing the guitar.
