I had a great experience seeing Dr. Loyo for chin lipo with platysmaplasty. I have health issues that I worried would complicate surgery, but she was really thoughtful about recommending a course of treatment tailored to give me the best outcome, and willing to coordinate with my other medical providers. Her staff were super responsive, surgery was easy to schedule and went very smoothly, and they got me in quickly the day after when I was freaked out about bruising (which turned out to be fine). I’m really glad I chose Dr. Loyo, and beyond happy with my results!

I had an urgent care provider stich my right eyebrow together after a little accident and Dr. Loyo was happy to remove my sutures (I am a long time patient of hers ;)). When she removed them she noticed my eyebrow would grow back awkwardly- so she re did my stiches and I seriously look 1000% better already even though I have sutures again! She blended them into my brow so no one noticed my eyebrow is literally hanging on by threads ;). My husband said "Dr. Loyo did it again. What can't she do!" I've had fillers, botox, laser procedures, in office liquid face lift, a septoplasty and now a new eyebrow!! She's seriously the best.

Prior to seeing Dr. Loyo, I had had consultations with other plastic surgeons in the Portland area and none gave me the same confidence in their abilities as Dr. Loyo. During our first consultation, she made me feel extremely comfortable, outlined the procedure from beginning to end, and answered any outstanding questions I had. We took pictures of my nose and she was able to digitally alter them based on our conversation of my desired outcome so that I could get a better idea of how everything would look. Post surgery, I had minimal bruising or swelling under my eyes and my cast came off less than a week later. The whole process was quite comfortable and very smooth. Dr. Loyo is calming, thorough, and has an outstanding reputation. I am thrilled with my results and would recommend Dr. Loyo and her team to anyone considering this procedure.

In a nutshell: Dr. Loyo is absolutely incredible. Her skills and the outcome of my surgery exceeded my expectations.

I had never had surgery before. I was pretty nervous going into surgery for my deviated septum and bump on my nose caused by an injury. I found Dr. Loyo on RealSelf and read all her glowing reviews. After reviewing all of her before and after photos of previous clients, I knew she was the one I would trust with my facial surgery. From start to finish, my entire experience with Dr. Loyo and her OHSU staff was extremely positive. Every phone call I made or received was with a helpful, kind person on the other end of the line. Every office visit I made was filled with the same respectful, professional people. Dr. Loyo made it very clear the expectations of surgery. She took pictures of my nose, we altered the photos together until my nose looked exactly how I wanted, she printed and confirmed those pictures right before we went into surgery, was very clear on the process and took the time to hear all my questions and worries. The results of my surgery were exactly as we discussed! The healing after surgery was seamless with no complications. The incision made on my nose between my two nostrils was so well done, I can't even tell that there were ever stiches or an injury. Due to several personal factors I had to wait about 7 months for my surgery date with Dr. Loyo.... If I could go back in time, I would do it all again. She is worth her *wait* in gold :)

Dr Loyo is very talented and personable, always listens to the needs of the patient and her team was also fantastic.

I saw her for a consultation where she shared very detailed information and patiently answered all my questions. The day of the surgery Dr Loyo and her team were very caring and professional, my surgery was a total success.

As I considered getting a lower bleph, I interviewed another surgeon to whom I was referred by a former patient. This surgeon is a specialist in blephs and believed a more aggressive intervention was required, resulting in a change to eye shape to accomplish a preternaturally smooth effect. I was not convinced. In our initial meeting, Dr. Loyo's line of questioning made it clear she understood that my desire was not to look like I'm 20 years old again but just to look less tired. She recommended a less invasive approach with faster healing and shorter downtime. I could not be happier with the outcome - even at only seven weeks post-op. People who have seen me post-op don't ask "what did you get done ?"" but say "you look so happy!"

I would recommend (and have!) Dr. Loyo to anyone who wants a consultative experience. Also, I found Dr. Loyo here on RealSelf. I was skeptical about selecting someone who would change my face (!) from reviews on a website. But I'm so thankful I took a chance and interviewed her. She is a careful artist.

Dr. Loyo thoroughly listened to what I wanted and did beautiful work. She is so very patient, respectful, and kind. She went above and beyond to stay in communication and check in on me. A great listener with an impeccable eye toward facial aesthetics. I always felt like I was in good hands.

Two years ago I shattered my septum on the edge of a snowboard. I had surgery, but still struggled to breathe. My biggest insecurity was the shape of my nose before shattering it, so imagine how I felt after.
Dr. Loyo made every step seem so uncomplicated and easy. I felt my wishes were fully understood and respected. She helped me gain the shape I desired without completely changing my nose. I am one month out of surgery and I breathe better than I have the last two years!

I am very pleased with the result of my procedure with Dr. Loyo. I highly recommend her to anyone interested and have done so as my hair stylist, dermatologist and others are noticing and commenting on the improved look. I have so much confidence now.

I have returned to Dr Loyo for Botox injections. I will continue to rely on Dr Loyo’s skill and care because I have found that she never over-injects, this is so important to me. She uses great care, with thoughtful placement of the injections to achieve the best long term result.

What I am realizing is that I also found a professional surgeon I can trust to look after my face for the long-term.

My results are proof of it. I have tried other botox providers for botox and what I find is Dr Loyo repeatedly gives the most beautiful result. I don't know how she does it. Of course, the frown wrinkles are gone but my eyebrows, oh my gosh they are a beautiful shape when she is done, I never pay much attention to them but now every time I look, or have a photo taken my eyebrow shape adds such a beautiful look to my expression. All and only because of her care.

Dr. Loyo's assistant Amy is just as bright and aware. She was ready with numbing cream if I needed it and during the procedure she used a tool to vibrate an area of my cheek so that I didn’t feel the injection as much. Afterward she came right in with a little ice pack and took care of check out in the room so that I didn’t need to stand at the reception area to complete the visit. Amazing really, so thoughtful, nice, and caring! What a team. Great people have great teams. It's been the best experience. Lindsey has been very helpful with estimates, pre-approvals and billing. She is very honest and re-assuring about the accuracy of expected co-payments.

From surgery to skin care products, injections, resurfacing, filling, all of it has been done with care and I feel good about one excellent doctor taking care to always suggest specifically what I need, and not more than what I need.

I like having the entirety of my care with one provider, rather than several providers whose work may not complement the others. This way I know it is all working together for long term anti aging.

I am so thankful to have come become Dr. Loyo's patient. I am more than a one-time dollar figure for her. I am her long-term patient who will age beautifully because of her. I am lucky to have become an existing patient, because the care I receive here is what everyone is looking for and she will be even busier and even more famous. Almost daily I have the opportunity to tell people about my doctor and encourage them to get in while they can.

Dr.Loyo is simply amazing!! She’s super friendly, very very knowledgeable and very talented! I recommend her 10/10. She fixed my deviated septum, strengthened my nostrils (so they don’t collapse when I breath in), removed the hump on top and the long septum on bottom and shortened the overall length of my nose. I felt hardly any pain afterwards and had almost no bruising because she is so skilled! So awesome! It looks fantastic! Couldn’t be happier:)

My allergies in summer time are like nothing compared to before. I finally got some courage to post some pictures. I feel amazing and so beautiful and confident. No regrets! If you want it done go see my surgeon she’s amazing! So thankful for her! Even though I live far from her she would zoom and call or even just message if I had any concerns. She’s great
