I cant even put into words how AMAZING Dr. Gonce and his staff have been! From my consultation, Pre op, surgery day and even post op they have been beyond helpful and accommodating! I could not be more happy or impressed with my BA & BL. Dr. Gonce made my boobs look exactly how what I wanted and they couldn’t be more perfect! I am beyond happy and will be returing for future work I want done!

I had my surgery this morning around 7:30am. I don’t have any pictures post op due to me not being able to take off my bandage until Thursday. I had to still come and leave a review because of how amazing my experience was. From the lady at the front desk, Dr.Gonce, Courtney and all the nurses & the anesthesiologist, every single one of them made this process easier than I expected. I was nervous but by the time I got on the table I was completely relaxed and trusted them fully. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to make this change!! Super organized and made sure I had everything I needed the day of surgery and after because I am from out of town. I will post post op pics later!!! This is the picture Dr.Gonce got his nurse to take with my phone for me to be able to choose my sizing and leave happy. Updated on 9 May 2024: Took bandages off today and me and my husband are so satisfied with results already. Even knowing they are going to start dropping more and getting into shape by week 6-8 we still just can’t believe how awesome they look even now. Doctor gonce spent time with us answering all my questions and giving us so much information and what to expect which made it even easier for me. He told us they would look a little oblonged and out of shape once we took bandages off which I expected after all the research I did but I did not expect to take them off and literally be in love with them already so much!!! We did 385cc on both and so glad I picked the ones I did! If you are wanting the girls done please go to Dr gonce because I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to go anywhere else! He is wonderful!!!! Updated on 22 May 2024: Two weeks post op. Love them! Even better than I expected. I am almost 3 weeks now and they have dropped a tiny but more and I was given the ok to wear support bras that keep them in place for next year. I will try to post more updates during the duration of this year because I felt like i needed that before and couldn’t find any. Seriously, go to him and get them done if it is something you been wanting. I am done having kids so that is why I chose to do it now at 36yrs old. 385cc both sides. Round smooth silicone.

I've always wanted to have this done. It's been a dream since I could remember. I am also pigeon chested so this was to give myself confidence as well. I did 345 cc high profile. I got my surgery done at 730 am and was done by 830. Dr. Gonce was absolutely awesome, makes sure you have no questions and makes you feel super comfortable! He is some before pics and will up load after once I get bandage off! Some of the pics are with the sizing bra for reference! I was going for a higher C size Updated on 5 Apr 2023: Day 2 has been tons better. I have lots of swelling up top on my left breast. I can feel my incision site today more. I get to unwrap and shower tomorrow will upload more pics then. The car ride and bumps are super rough Updated on 8 Apr 2023: So I am doing tons better now. I went to an Easter yesterday and everything was fine. My chest feels super heavy still but that is normal. Girls are looking great and moving around slowly and I’m off the meds since day 2. Updated on 12 Apr 2023: I’m a week and one day post op!! Loving them! Ready for my left one to drop still but I have a follow up next week! Updated on 21 Apr 2023: Went to a follow up! Right looks great and left is still a little high so I am starting to massage it everyday to encourage it to go down. They look great and I’m incisions look like scratches!! Still beyond happy with them

In May 2001, after years of research, I found Dr. Mike Gonce, and my appointment was made. I was 30 years old, a divorced, mother of one, barely a B., and scared to death. Besides a tonsillectomy at 18, I had never had surgery before. I can happily say that in the 20-plus years that followed, I have never had a single issue. My surgery was standard under the armpit and under the muscle. I received 400 cc on one side, and 415 on the other, making me a C cup. I’m short, at 4’11” and still weight under a buck 15 today. So, these are the perfect size for me. Dr. Gonce and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and highly qualified. Along with the anesthesiologist. (Although his name I cannot recall.) The worst part was, I was off work for three weeks, because arm movement was limited. (You don’t realize how much arm movement affects your chest.) But I planned for this. I barely remember the drive home. I slept for three days, with my boyfriend dosing out the meds as needed. When I got sick from a medication, he called Dr. Gonce and got a new prescription the same day. We followed his care treatment to the letter. Including a week’s worth of sports bras, medications, and the surgery, I spent $3300. It was worth every freaking penny. It raised my confidence level, and I’d never felt better. Over the years, I have given out stacks of his cards, referred to him numerous clients, and have known him to do a couple of implants and reconstruction surgery on several friends. I cannot recommend him enough. At 51, my beautiful breasts are still perfect. Even after 20 years of working construction and ten years of jujitsu and ballroom dancing, I’ve had no issues.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the outcome. At first his secretary said that from my pictures I might need a lift. I decided to do to do the consultation like a month in advance because the thought of doing it the day before the surgery was making me too anxious. During the consult he said he didn't think it was worth the money or extra pain to do a lift because there wasn't much to lift. That made me trust him because it meant he wasn't just doing his job for the money. If I would have added the lift it would have been an $1,700 more. My surgery was originally scheduled for 1pm and on the day of the surgery his secretary called me at 9am and asked if i was coming in. I told her i didn't think I had to be there until 12pm because isn't until 1pm. She said they moved it up and thought I knew about it which i didn't. So this just increased my anxiety. So i get to the place and the secretary tells me in order to get the cash discount i have to pay cash, it can't be debit card (in my head it's the same as paying cash). So had to leave, go the bank, and go back to pay cash. I don't remember waking up from the surgery. I remember going back to the OR after that all i remember is getting into my aunt's car and being in awful pain. The pain lasted for several hours but once my pain medicine kicked in it was much better. He put 385 one side and 345 in the other. It's been 4 months and they have settled nicely. The right one still look a little bit smaller but i had quite of a difference before the surgery. Overall I'm pretty happy i did it. Updated on 7 Dec 2021: More recent pics. They would probably look better if i wasn't taking the pics myself. One side is s lil smaller but the difference before the surgery was almost a cup size. I feel like now they're closer together in size.

From the start Dr. Gonce and staff were easy to communicate with. Very nice people and very informative. As of today I am day 6 post op and pain has eased up. I am very pleased with results so far! 125 lbs, 5’ 1” From small A cup to 415cc breast implant under muscle. Updated on 21 Jun 2021: They are starting to drop. I have noticed that the left is dropping faster than the right side. Kind of concerned about it but I’ve read that it’s normal. I still love them and can’t wait to see 6 months from now. Updated on 29 Jun 2021: I LOVE them! I finally feel womanly. I was always in the “itty bitty tittie committee”. LOL Still firm with occasional soreness but not bad. The right side continues to be higher than the left. I have an appointment in August with the doctor. Hopefully it has dropped by then. Still very impressed with them! Updated on 12 Jul 2021: I like to keep everyone updated. I remember how obsessed I was looking through pictures trying to find the perfect size for my body and how the changes looked week by week so I’d have an idea on how mine would look. Not many woman posted updates and pictures. I am now not as firm and starting to feel the “squishy” natural type I was hoping for! So so in love with them! He is an amazing physician and I have full confidence in recommending him! Updated on 30 Jul 2021: If you want breast implants do not hesitate to use Dr. Gonce! No infection, and they look exactly as I pictured them to look! So pleased with the outcome! It excites me that this is only 2 months post op. I assume 6 months will look even better!

After 16 years of wanting breast augmentation I was finally able to do it. I chose Dr. Gonce & he gave me EXACTLY the look I told him I wanted! He listens & is very experienced. Very happy w/ results!

I had my BA last week 4/15 and it went super smoothly! I flew in out of state because I loved the vibe of his office and staff. They answered my millions of questions every step of the way. I had a pre-op the day before and came in for surgery the next morning. My boyfriend was astounded how quick the procedure was (literally 30 mins). We returned the next day for a post-op consultation. I flew home to nyc the next day and it was fine! Pain wise...first day was painful for sure, I was in and out of sleep, and remained on a consistent schedule with my meds. Second day was similar - probably the worst day of pain for me because the anesthesia had worn off. My doctor advised me to do specific stretches and I believe they have helped my recovery go by breezily. Third day was my travel day and it wasn't that bad truthfully! I stopped taking the opoid this day and switched over to regular tylenol. I am now 6 days post off, only on antiobiotics, no tylenol or opiods. I am so happy to be recovering quickly and I think that is because of Dr. Gonce's careful and experienced hand and suggestion for what would fit my chest cavity. Would recommend flying into him!! He's the real deal.

Traveled almost 4 hrs to see him. His staff is amazing and so nice. Dr. Gonce is very knowledgeable and will answer any of your questions. He listens to your concerns or even your history and plans accordingly. Being how I traveled I was seen for consult 1 day and surgery the very next. Then followed up the very next day. Super simple and easy!
