Changed my life for the better - I have so much more confidence

If I were to start with One thing I have learned that I did not know was to really look at belly buttons- everybody is going to have a different outcome based and shape and whatnot but the belly button outcome matters and I haven't seen anyone with a bellybutton that turned out as beautiful and natural as mine- even though I'm not a small gal still a size 10-ish. I've seen some terrible belly buttons on folks who have had this done, lol. Some people don't even get to keep their real belly button! I was 320lbs at my heaviest and 185 at the time of my surgery- I considered waiting until I weighed less but I don't know that I ever will and I'm so so glad I did not wait. In fact I wish I'd done it sooner! I'm 38 now and have been big- with a big belly my whole life. My husband had this same surgery with a different local surgeon a year prior to me so I was able to compare results, surgery centers and more. My only regret is not doing this surgery 10 years ago, this has changed my life for the better. I have so much more confidence, sex is better, I look forward to getting dressed in the morning! I am currently 10 weeks out and feeling great. Don't get me wrong- this was the most painful thing I've ever done- including 2 c-sections but 2 weeks of horrible pain was so worth it. I'm looking forward to being able to do all of my active things again but for the most part life is back to normal- I am still waiting on kayaking and Pilates though. Dr. Taylor gets 5/5 stars, from the results, to the super cool staff to the in house surgery center, to the overnight stay place (not everyone does this but I'm glad I did). She will be honest with you (told me my boobs were beautiful and not to do them). I did consults with 3 doctors, plus my husband had a surgery (lots of complications) plus I had a friend go to Mexico (not impressed) and I am so so so glad I found and waited for Dr. Taylor.

Breast Lift

Drained and removed my saline implants and then did a breast lift

Lisa is wonderful!! I had breast implants that were way too large prior to having children. She drained and removed my saline implants and then did a breast lift (no new implants, just natural). I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.

Almost a year later and no improvement whatsoever

I went in to discuss a neck lift. My doctor convinced me to try Thermi tight with liposuction instead. This procedure was to improve collagen production with results showing after 2 months and full results visible in 6 months. Almost a year later and no improvement whatsoever.

Hang Glider Tummy - My scars are healing beautifully! I can't be more happy with the results

Wow! Where to start the praise, lol. From the 1st consultation with meeting the staff and Dr. Lisa Taylor, I was very impressed with everything from start to finish. The friendliness of everyone and the cleanliness of the office made me feel at ease. I loved the way Dr. Taylor showed me how she would approach my issues and what to aspect. Now let's talk about the procedure! I got a tummy tuck and stayed the night at the affiliate hospital she works with. My surgery began at 7am and the whole surgical team introduced themselves with such poise and were so joyful that early in the morning, lol. Either they went for a run that morning or had a great pot of coffee! The anesthesiologist did a wonderful job. I didn't even know I was out whenever I was out, lol. When I woke, my husband took me to the hospital for my overnight stay. That was great! I ordered my food and I didn't have to get up to pee! ( Catheter was still in) The next morning Dr. Taylor came in to check up on me and to show how to clean the sutures and drains. My scars are healing beautifully! I can't be more happy with the results.

Happy So Far! - Originally a 36H - 34 Years Old

Hi everyone. I will try and give as much information as I can seeing as how the website helped me SO much. I am one day post-op. I have not taken my surgery bra off yet (I know how I'd react if I did :) surgery is not pretty). I'm so happy with how they look. I do not know the size of my breasts and I'm still pretty swollen but I was able to fit in a medium-sized shirt and I haven't been able to do that since Jr. High. Since there is a pandemic going on I had to get a negative Covid test before my surgery on July 21st. I had the test the Thursday before. I had to quarantine after my test, which was hard because I barricaded myself in my room and wore a mask if I walked around the house. My family members wore a mask if I was out of my room or they came to see me. The day of the surgery went pretty smooth. I checked and had to pay little bit because I had not reached my deductible...ugh. My mom was not allowed to accompany me in the surgery center but the staff made it real easy to be by myself. My PS usually takes around 5 hours to do the surgery so I was wearing compression socks and had something wrapped around each leg, that would be plugged into a machine during surgery, to prevent blood clots. It was not uncomfortable at all. After getting some warm blankets and an IV, I talked to the PS and anesthesiologist and we were ready to get started. Ask lots of questions, it will put you at ease. I walked down to the surgery room and my surgeon had on 60's music. I LOVED it, it made me feel more comfortable seeing how relaxed she was. I was given anesthesia and I don't remember anything but waking up in recovery. I was given a catheter but it was done after I went to sleep and before I woke up. The surgeon said I might feel some soreness from it but I did not feel a thing. I was a little horse and my throat was a tiny bit sore from the tube but throat lozenges helped a lot. I had a 45 to an hour drive home. It was good. There were a few bumps along the way that hurt but that's it. Bring a pillow to put between you and the seat belt. It really helped. I did not feel nauseous at all. I was given plenty nausea medication that I took the day before and the day of surgery. I usually hate taking pain pills, but it has been great not getting behind on the pain. It will creep up on you but it's not super terrible and I'm such a wimp :) I was told to get up and walk to the kitchen every hour or so to keep the blood in legs circulating. I did receive drains and my mom helps me with those. I couldn't imagine doing it on my own. We have to document how much is drained. I see my PS on Friday, July 24th, and I think they will be coming out. Make sure you buy zip or button up shirts so you won't be trying to lift your arms. I have not bought any more bras (surgical or not) since I will be swollen for awhile and not know my actual size. The surgical center put one on me and sent me home with an extra one. Ice packs on for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off have been wonderful. My PS also have me a small shopping list of things for after the surgery. Not expensive at all and I was able to use my medical flex card to get them. I was also told to start taking vitamins 2 weeks before the surgery to help the healing process. No Vitamin E (can lead to bleeding) or fish oil (can have a blood thinning effect). I was advised to start taking Zinc and Vitamin C. I propped tons of pillows on my bed to helpe sit up. Sleeping on my back has been a booger bear, but I'm making it work. So far, my experience has been great, I can already tell a difference. From what my mom told me, the surgeon removed 1,000-1,500 grams (I think that's the measurement) from each breast. Equivalent to about 6lbs total. Yikes! I did not do a free nipple great. My PS used the anchor method. I was so happy about that. She got me at small as could without doing a free nipple graft. I will continue to post pics. Sorry it's such a long post. I hope those considering getting a BR can and will. It's a total game changer. Updated on 9 Oct 2020: I ha e been so busy, I forgot to post updates. Just adding a couple pictures. I had a little harder time healing so I have some bigger scars in some areas but I love them anyway! :) Please excuse my fatness. Lol

Had to Be Done. Oklahoma City, OK

I have always had a very lopsided situation, and after having kids, my vaginal skin would pull and tear on my clothing, especially jeans. Also, I am athletically active, which became very painful. After plenty of time hoping it 'wasn't that bad,' I finally decided to confront it like an adult with a health issue, because that was the case. Fortunately, I have a great relationship with my plastic surgeon after having a previous procedure. So I just called her up and directly asked her if she performed the procedure. I must say, even if I hadn't known her, there is no way to casually discuss a sensitive procedure like this with anyone. You just have to ask, and be honest. Surgeons are professionals, and they discuss and operate on bodies all the time. YOU are the only one in the room who is uncomfortable, and once you just move past it, this is a straight forward procedure that is minimally uncomfortable and extremely helpful. Now, I not only enjoy less pain in clothing, but my clothes look better on, athletics are way more comfortable, and to answer your question: yes, sex is more enjoyable too.
