27 Year Old Mom Of 3 Attempting To Overcome PCOS Facial Hair With Lasers - Oklahoma City, OK

As with most other reviews I have read, Dr.Wiley oversees while his nurse or M.A. does the laser procedures. Dr.Wiley answered all of my questions and I did have a lot even with aftercare. I called after the treatment and wanted to know if I could use aquafor on my skin and not clog my pores. I wanted to know if PCOS could actually keep the hair growing and fuel future growth, the answer was yes especially if I don't exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight. I had no idea being overweight was making it worse so I had a game plan as soon as I had my consultation. I have used another laser facility in the area with poor results and had to have 7 days of growth to have the procedures done and it killed my desire to do fun things at work, with family and just being in public. I hated it and needed a new start with better lasers. I do need to ask what the laser is that is being used on me at Beauty thru Health! I want to know how it stacks up to others! My first procedure, of 6, was with Breanne Coffin M.A. She was incredibly kind and told me about how the laser worked and that we would continue upping the output on the laser to find the level that kills the root and shows results. I asked a least 30 questions, especially will I bruise? Maybe if it happened before. But I didn't. What is the likelyhood of scarring? Minimal. Could I have hyperpigmentation from laser hair removal? Besed on my skin type probably not, but it is possible. How do the lasers at Beauty Thru Health stack up to the ones at the last place I did laser removal at(Advanced Aesthetics) where I had no reduction? Their lasers at BTH are more modern and the staff will work to get results. Will I see peeling? No, the skin is thicker and less likely to peel on your chin. Can I use lidocaine before my appointments? Yes definitely. I remember grimacing at the thought that my worst area was my jawline and I pluck so I constantly have pick marks or something ingrown that I have to cake makeup on. I bought a package of 6 and I thought I have so much hair on my chin and sides of my throat that I might need to buy a medium area treatment package because of that fact. Breanne told me that I needed to stop plucking because I was taking the root out that needs to be zapped so it can die. So I switched to shaving for the next six months. That really doesn't feel feminine! So I have had three treatments at this time 4/24/2016 and one more is scheduled for 4/29. I do have hives the day after the treatment that last 3 days but some dryness and itching I can live with- I can't live with being a hair ape lady. I have seen 10-15% reduction and I will post pictures from today with two days of growth(I don't have to let it grow out for the treatments, yay!) after the three treatments and one of the hives afterward. I will post pictures 7 days post and right after so everyone can get a sense of what it looks like for me.
