Dr. Totonchi is a master at his craft. I could not be happier with the outcome of my procedure. I had a lower face, neck lift and fat transfer procedure. The results were amazing and natural looking within three weeks. At first, I was apprehensive of getting the surgery because of the pulled-look fear or not getting enough tightening. Dr. Totonchi’s approach during our consultation, and his reviews, gave me the peace of mind and confidence to get the surgery. On the day of my procedure, Dr. Totonchi introduced me to his surgery team; Dr. Andrew, Dr. Baker, Dr. Khan, and RN Dino. Thank you all! I also want to thank Dr. Totonchi’s nurse, Sharon, who took time to address some post-op concerns during my follow-up. It has been 11 months since the surgery, and the scars have healed beautifully. I am a 58 year old woman who had a circumferential body lift with an additional vertical scar (fleur-de-lis ) on 10/5/22. After contacting several plastic surgeon's offices for information, I ultimately saw two doctors for consultations; one being Dr. Totonachi. After the consultation, I knew this was the doctor and staff I wanted to work with. I had lost over 100 lbs and had a cesarean so I had a lot of excess skin. Dr. Totonachi took his time making sure to answer all of my questions. After he knew what my goals were, he then made some suggestions and explained why he was making those suggestions. During my follow up visits, Dr. Totonachi, nurse practitioner Andrea and nurse Sharon all took their time to make sure I understood everything about my continued care and procedures I needed to do at home. If you are looking for a doctor that tells you the answers you want to hear, this is not the doctor for you. If you want a doctor who will be forthright with you, and is not only a highly trained, board certified plastic surgeon, but also an artist, Dr. Ali Totonchi is the doctor for you!

Dr. Totonchi is a surgical artist. I've had several procedures including: mini face lift, brow lift, eye lift, fat transfer, and laser resurfacing. The results are natural and subtle, but dramatic. Dr. Totonchi has easily dialed back my years by well over a deacde. Though my age remains the same, I've experienced an emotional Renaissance. I'm excited for the days ahead. I had a tummy tuck with lipo Nov. 28, 2022! I am 56 & I couldn't be happier!!!!!! It has really lifted my confidence! I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago, & I could exercise a ton & there was no toning my muscles. After talking it over with my husband, he supported my decision. I found Dr.Totonchi through another great surgeon, Dr. Guyuron. Buying clothes & getting dressed is so much fun now!!

I had a few consultations with different plastic surgeons and decided on Dr. Totonchi, best decision ever! I will forever be grateful for him! I had lost 150 pounds in my 30's, been extremely overweight my entire life starting from Kindergarten. I felt great except all the extra skin pulling when I would run or jump on the trampoline with my kids was so painful. I wanted to be able to continue my active journey and play with my four kiddos without being in constant pain and always worries about infections or rubbing rashes. I've never had a flat stomach or a belly button that you could see since Kindergarten.. now I have both! I knew Dr. Totonchi was the right choice when during my consult I stated I just wanted to look normal and his response was that I was already normal. That's when I knew. I trusted him after that and I'm so glad I did. He is an artist at what he does. I got an extended abdominoplasty, monsplasty, breast augmentation, mastopexy, and diastasis recti repair. I have had a fantastic recovery so far, everything is healing so nicely! My second drain was removed today (19 days PO) and I feel fantastic! My results already just blow me away every time I look in a mirror, excited for after I'm completely healed. In the future I plan on getting a consult with him and possibly getting my arms and thighs done too as they also have a lot of extra skin from my weight loss. Mini Tummy Tuck Review- Cleveland OH. I went to see two different plastic surgeons in Westlake, OH for a Mini Tummy Tuck evaluation. Both surgeons in Westlake didn’t take the time to listen to what I was asking for. Both of these surgeons told me it would be better if I had lipo- suction (many areas of the body) and a complete full Tummy Tuck and both provided a huge estimate for surgery. I started reviewing a third surgeon to see- This was Dr. Totonchi. Dr. Totonchi took the time to listen to me. He answered my questions and accessed the area of my concern. He didn’t try to “upsell” or change my mind- he understood what I was asking for. He is patient, kind and confident when he speaks to you. I knew this was the surgeon for me. I am only a few weeks post- op and my results look amazing- No doubt in my mind, he is highly skilled surgeon- artist. From my first phone call with the Practice Manager, Suzanne, she was polite, professional and very easy to talk to. Suzanne was patient with me on each phone call, never did I feel rushed. Dr. Totonchi has a great nursing team as well. His nurse, Anna, is so patient, kind and always takes her time to address any concerns I may have. On the day of my surgery, I had an amazing nursing team, caring and by my side- And let me not forget, the Anesthesiologist, not sure of his name, but I do recall he was a humorous… please don’t get me wrong – professional and knows what he is doing- he just made things a little less nervous for me:)

I am currently 4 month post operative from a tummy tuck. I saw Dr. Totonchi at the west lake office. His bedside manor makes him deceiving however the entire experience was nothing but pleasant. Dr. Totonchi is always listening to you and and concerns you may have, his nurses and staff are phenomenal at ensuring you are educated and prepared for your process from the starting consultation thru your procedure, and healing process. I am so very happy with my results and couldn’t be more pleased with my appearance. I would highly recommend Dr. Totonchi as he’s is an excellent surgeon who is confident and pays close attention to detail. I am so happy with my results that I have already recommend Dr. Totonchi to family and friends. If in my future I feel I need any additional plastic surgery needs Dr. Totonchi will be the first person I request for any procedure I need as I have 100% trust in him as a surgeon.
