Dr Palakodeti has been amazing from my initial consultation to now working on diagnosing and treating another issue after he did my panniculectomy. He is all about results and hasn’t nickel and dimed me for procedures. When he does a medically needed procedure, he does them the same way he would do it if it were for cosmetic reasons. As long as I can remember I have wanted to get a BA. I have been unhappy with my smaller breast. After having kids and having Full Bs/Small Cs during nursing, I knew when we were done having kids, I would get them done. I am hoping for a full C with more shape and to feel more like a woman. My surgery is May 12th. Updated on 9 May 2015: I had my pre-op appointment Tuesday. I explained to the nurse and surgeon that I would love full Cs but didnt want to be a D/DD. We decided that 375 CC saline under the muscle would be a good size. I hope that they look natural and not too large on my small body type(5'0 & 115 pounds).
