Dr. Kessler and everyone that worked with me was absolutely phenomenal. They were kind, professional, and it truly felt like they cared about me. I got a breast lift + mini reduction (due to my small stature, the standard reduction wouldn't work) and I couldn't be happier. Getting such a procedure at 18 isn't all too common, but they understood what I was dealing with and helped make the decision easy. Dr. Kesler, his nurses and staff made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. They listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to answer my questions and were always available if I need something. My surgery and recovery went better than I expected and my end result is exactly what I wanted. I had damaged my skin with too much sun and smoking in the past. I reached an age that I needed to look younger and not as drab. After reading many reviews about CO2 laser, I decided to look for a surgeon in my area to perform this procedure. I had my laser done 9 days ago and I couldn't be happier with the results that I am seeing. The first few days were painful with seeping from the skin. Day 5 was a turning point where the skin began to look lighter and lines were disappearing. I am so pleased with my results.

Excellent & experienced plastic surgeon. I had breast augmentation with the complication of tubular breasts. This can have a less than desired outcome, but mine exceeded all expectations. Dr Kesler has two decades of experience & surgical skill. As an RN this was paramount to my finding the right surgeon. I have always wanted a breast augmentation upon return from my deployment I searched online and came across Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons in Maumee, OH I read their reviews and were great. I scheduled my appointment, everybody was amazing and friendly. They explained everything and truly treated me like family. The nurse contacted me before and after the procedure to ensure that I was ready and all of my questions were answered.

I’m super happy with my results but I expected to be, I have an annual fractional laser procedure to keep my skin as healthy as I can, Dr Kesler pays great attention to my specific concerns and adjusts the procedure to address them all. Sometimes he adds a resurfacing, there are many options and i totally trust his recommendations, he’s never failed me.

Dr. Kesler has provided excellent care for me. After having my babies via c-section, I ended up with split abdominal muscles and saggy skin. Even with a healthy diet and exercise, nothing I did improved this. After my partial tummy tuck, my abdomen looks like it did before pregnancy and I have my core strength back! Later, I also had facial laser resurfacing and Botox. This cleared my sun damage and early wrinkles. I receive many compliments on my complexion and wear very little makeup. Dr. Kesler and his staff always made me feel very comfortable.
