As a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, I specialize in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck. I practice at Columbus Facial Plastics, where I strive to provide the highest quality of care for each and every one of my patients.

Consultation Fee: $150. Dr. Nogan is available for new patient consultations most days throughout the week. We strive to provide an appointment time that is convenient for you within two weeks of your request. The consultation fee is due at the time of the appointment and is not applied to the procedure.
