I'm in my late 40s, and was looking for a procedure to improve the look of my neck and jawline. I had a bit of sag and was loosing definition. I had heard about Necktite, and was thrilled to find that Dr. Michael Sullivan, who operates the Sullivan Centre in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Dr. Christine Sullivan, performs the procedure. I had a procedure done by Dr. Mike many years ago, and was very happy with the results. During my initial consultation, Dr. Mike and his staff were informative, and made be feel very confident in choosing Necktite. I scheduled a few months later, and chose to to have the procedure without medication for relaxation, although that was an option. I found it very easy to tolerate, and experienced what I would say was only minor tugging and pulling. Dr. Mike told me what he was doing each step of the way and was very comforting. Recovery was also been a breeze – I had very little swelling or bruising, and just minor soreness. I am just a little over a week post-op, and I can already see pleasing results – my jaw and neck angle look more defined, and my skin feels and looks tighter. They say it takes several months to see the final results, and I'm already thrilled! I totally recommend Necktite (which is also available for the face and body, Facetite and Bodytite), and Dr. Mike. He and his staff are wonderful, and go out of their way to make your experience perfect. Even if you don't live in Ohio, the excellent results and care you'll receive at the Sullivan Centre make it worth the trip!

I've wanted to change my nose my whole life. When I was ready Dr. Sullivan was there. His professionalism, confidence, and demeanor confirmed he was the right choice. After providing his book regarding the procedure and reading through it, my anxiety eased tremendously. I was ready! I know he really listened to what I wanted and he understood my end goal. The procedure went as planned. Recovery was uneventful and as expected. I have no regrets with my choice of Dr. Mike. He did a beautiful job. He is truly an artist!

Dr. Mike took away my jowls, saggy neck, baggy eyelids and dark circles over 2 years ago. Since then, he has been giving me Botox injections in my forehead to minimize lines as I advance through my 60s. Dr. Mike isn't pushy what so ever. He just listens and advises ... and he's great at what he does. He helps me feel better about the way I look, which is extremely important to me ... and my husband! Thanks, Dr Mike!!!

I’ve been getting Botox off and on for the last 17 years. I’ve had several different doctors perform Botox and juvederm on me and LET ME TELL YOU, THIS WAS MY BEST EXPERIENCE. A few days ago I spoke with Jo and Lenore and they were fantastic over the phone and today in person. Dr. Sullivan took his time and explained everything, I would recommend him over and over again. He’s genuine and patient and thorough. I’ve had my lips done at another place that focuses on Snapchat and I’ve never looked as good as I do after like I did today. And shocking that there was no pain with the lip injections. I’m overjoyed with excitement and I will for sure being going back! Such a great doctor and team there! Wow!

I have been contemplating and researching neck lifts for 2 years. In April 2019 I choose Dr. Mike Sullivan at the Sullivan Center for my neck lift. Everyone at the center is welcoming and pleasant to work with. Dr. Mike knew that I was very nervous and put me at ease. He is very easy to talk to and really cared about what I was feeling. About a decade ago, Dr. Chris gave me a tummy tuck. I am still glad I did that. Since then, I've had numerous cosmetic treatments including botox. In Oct 2018, Dr. Mike conducted a facelift. It hurt more than I expected (around the ears), but I am delighted with the results.

I had a lower facelift by Dr. Mike exactly one year ago and couldn't be happier. He gave me fat transfer into my cheeks as well. I feel like I look totally natural and as young as I feel. People just say how great, rested and glowing I look. They would never guess that I had surgery. Most just want to know what kind of skin products I use. This is what I wanted - for it to look very natural yet take off 10-15 years. He took 1 1/2 inches off each side of excess skin! His staff was very nice and professional and my recovery time was shorter than I expected.

Dr. Michael Sullivan is a peerless facial plastic surgeon, and a keenly intelligent, warm and wonderful person. His work does far more than erase the years. He endows a face with unexpected beauty through what must be inconceivably exacting calculations about how and where to cut and contour, and the marks of his surgical intervention over time (and not much of it!) are completely invisible. The entire staff at the Sullivan Centre is bright, caring, attentive to detail, top-notch. The pre-surgery journey is completely mapped out and has been optimized over the years for maximum patient comfort and preparedness, and procedural effectiveness. I'd drive across the country for Dr. Sullivan's brilliant handiwork, will return again, and would recommend him and his practice to anyone who dreams of loving what s/he sees in the mirror.

Excellent experience with Dr. Mike! He takes time to answer all of your questions and doesn't seem to be rushing to get to the next patient. My upper eyelid procedure was about an hour, under a local, and I never took even a Tylenol before or after. There was no pain. I followed my before and after instructions to the letter.

Lots of loose skin, jowls and sagging under chin/ neck. He been bothering me for years. I knew no amount of filler or Botox could fix the issue so got a consult with the surgeon that is in my town the only one you go to for your face. I had seen his work and was very impressed. Updated on 20 Dec 2018: I cannot believe how good this already looks. This is day 4. Dr. Michael Sullivan's work speaks for itself. And yes, I had a "real" face lift. Not a mini. Hardly a bruise in sight. Every step of the way has been great from the receptionists to the nurses I felt important and taken care of. The doctor called me the evening of the surgery and the next day. I only used pain meds for one day. Updated on 20 Dec 2018: Today is day 4. Unbelievable. I'll keep posting! Before photos are one week ago. I do see some swelling that makes my head shape look wide and lord knows I feel as tight as a drum but if that's as bad as this gets it's ten million times better than what I expected.
