I never got a chance to meet the doctor. I emailed the office twice and then called the office to set up an appointment. The front desk said I must have just been missed somehow. I went in for a consult on Smart lipo versus sculpsure and spoke with Dan. He was very nice and answered all my questions, but said he'd have to get back to me on a quote. A week later I emailed to see if there was a quote. I got the quote forwarded for Smart lipo on abdomen, legs and arms. I called the front desk with some questions on recovery, expectations and their upcoming availability. She said she was with a customer but to email her questions. I emailed them and two weeks later have yet to hear anything. I'm now scheduled to have a consult with a plastic surgeon. Id be worried going to their office with lack of response and timeliness.
