Excellect,outstanding staff , amazing results Dr. Malhotra is artis, if you are hesitant about your procedure don't be afraid to take the next step you won,t be disappointed. Very caring ,supportive team,the process was approximantely about six weeks long and after that I was extremely satified with the results.(100%) I should have done it sooner. I hope that this review may someone that may be thinking about the procedure and are not fully convinced,Dr. Malhorta want disappoint!! You will look ten years younger. Dr.Malhotra is great to work with. She is very open to discussions about a procedure and why it would or would not work. She is kind, presents the facts, and answers questions. She is not pushy. Once the decision is made, she and her staff are supportive and caring. They prepare you for realistic expectations and she provides tips for recovery! Be sure to follow her suggestions, they help!

After coming out of the pandemic and the 20 or so pounds I gained I was really down on myself. I didn’t want to go out in public. I stayed home most of the time and missed fun times with my family and grandkids. I saw the advertisement for Dr. Malhotra and thought I would give some consideration to do something for myself. I am 61 years old. I am not trying to be 30 again I just wanted to feel better about myself. I made my consultation appointment with Dr. Malhotra. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and Rose Ann was so sweet, encouraging and informative. Dr. Malhotra has excellent bed-side manner and was also very helpful and encouraging. I decided while I was there to schedule an appt. for a lower face enhancement. I was scheduled for a time convenient for me. I had to return to the office for a “what to do/expect” session. Rose Ann was very thorough and the printed information given to me answered ALL my questions. Each time I arrived at the office I was never made to wait and I felt that I was important to everyone there. Finally, the day of my procedure arrived and yes, I was nervous, but I had every bit of confidence in Dr. Malhotra and her staff. Yes, the few following days were pretty uncomfortable but Rose Ann called each day to make sure I was doing ok and to see if I had any questions. My procedure was 4/28/22 so forward today (7/22/22) I am EXTREMELY happy! I have so much more self-confidence and I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family and grandkids. I am so happy I did this for myself and I highly recommend Dr. Malhotra and her staff if you have any cosmetic needs.

I look at to many reviews , I hesitated a lot I keep looking at my neck and my jaw line, my husband encouraged me to do the natural facelift, so I went to free consultation with Dr. Malhotra, explains how the procedure what she’s going to do. What can I say about Enhanced Image , the staff are very welcoming even Rosanne after the procedure called and checked on me every day , I admit the first 3days very exhausting but I follows Dr Malhotra what I have and what I have to prevent and here iam 2 months later I look amazing no one recognizes I did the facelift . Dr Malhotra thank you from all my heart to make me happier.

Shortly after entering my 40's my jowls began to sag, and the contour of my neck began to decline. After trying multiple noninvasive cosmetic procedures, such as Juvaderm, a facial thread lift, and neck tightening creams, my neck continued to decline. Everytime I saw my reflection, I noticed my "waddle" under my chin, and it killed my confidence. So finally at age 47, I had enough and decided to look into having surgery. I scheduled consults with two surgeons I found on Realself, after doing months of research, reading reviews and looking at pictures. One of those two consults was with Enhanced Image Center, and after a very welcoming and thoroughly discussed consult of my concerns, scheduled a surgery date. Dr. Maholtra performed the Look Natural Lift on me in January 2022, and although I had a longer recovery then expected due to unforseen complications, I am thrilled with my results. I recently had someone guess my age and was told I look 27! I just turned 48. :) Dr Maholtra and the entire staff of Enhanced Image Center were all wonderful! Kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. A big thank you to them all! Roseann, Dr Maholtra's assistant, was extremely attentive, and kept in touch with me during my recovery, and was easily reachable any time of the day, via text or voice to answer or find the answer to any questions or concerns I had, and is such an amazing, beautiful, caring lady. Dr Maholtra was extremely professional, has an awesome bedside manner, listens and explains things throughly and is a master at what she's does. I will definitely be returning in the future if I feel that I need to correct something that is bothering me cosmetically!

Went to Dr. Malhotra for an upper eyelid lift. Surgery was done using local anesthesia (I felt no pain during the procedure). About 5-6 days after my surgery, I had an allergic reaction to something (possibly a lotion I used) and my eyes became very swollen. Dr. Malhotra prescribed a steroid pack and the swelling went away immediately. I am about 8 weeks post op and I love the results. Very subtle, but wow...makes a huge difference.

I went to a wedding January 2, 2022 and after seeing my photos I wished I had gone to see Dr. Malhotra last year. I walked into the event and my nephew asked "are you stoned. " Not since 1999. My eyelids were so droopy and I was probably a bit bloodshot from dry eyes. I was sad. I looked tired all the time and that person in the photo was not who I felt inside. I'm 63 and not old. I sure looked it. I went for a consultation and it was wonderful. Everyone in the Garfield Hgts. office was happy. They put me at ease right away. I took photos for a "before and after picture".A few weeks later I did the procedure. They did not have to put me under which was very important to me.The procedure was very fast and mine was pain free. I had some swelling and bruising and eye dryness. Nothing uncontrollable.The healing time was 4 weeks. I do have a few more weeks to go before the tiny scars from the stitches are completely gone. Ive been using Vitamin E oil on the procedure line. The eye area heals so quickly. I did have swelling and bruising, but the before and after care directions were perfect. Don't forget to use Bromelain and Arnica for the bruising and swelling and petroleum jelly on the stitches for a few days. I would highly recommend Advanced Image Center and Dr. Ritu Malhotra I am so glad I am in her care.

I been going to Dr. Malhorta for few years for hair removal and laser on my face. I always asked about my bat wings, especially since 1 arm is 3inch larger in circumference. I can't wear top or jackets of my body size because I put on my one arm fine and it doesnt fit the other. She suggest lipo and that worried me about hanging skin. Then she told me about body tite when she started using it. So this may be my answer. I scheduled my procedure. Well I am so happy the way my arms look. Dr. Malhorta did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I can't wait till summer for wearing sleeveless tops. Thank you Dr. Malhorta and staff. One happy patient.

I was most impressed with the individualized personal treatment I received from The Enhanced Image Center. Dr. Malhotra's staff was knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. I felt like "a queen for the day." Most hospital settings make you feel like you are just a number. I NEVER felt like that at Dr. M's office. Dr. Malhotra and her staff really care about what is important to you and that you get the best results that you can.

I had smart lipo of the upper and lower abdomen also flanks and back bra roll. I’m post op day one so I don’t know how I look yet. However I would like to say that the entire enhanced imaging team has been nothing short of fantastic. The care coordinator Roseann was honest, knowledgeable and kind just to name a few. Dr. Malhotra has a demeanor that instantly puts you at ease and her bedside manner is second to none. She lets you know what she’s doing every step of the way and frequently checks to make sure you’re comfortable. Amie the surgical tech acts like you’re her best friend lol but seriously she definitely helped me with my last minute jitters and assured me that I was in the best of hands. The price was reasonable and the team was upfront about it. Today I’m sore as heck like an extreme workout but I’m bearing with it. Please note I have a low pain threshold. Roseann called me today to check on me and offer some words of encouragement. She also gave me her personal cell to call if anything should arise. I really appreciated that. The soreness is supposed to lessen with each passing day so there’s that. I definitely recommend Dr. Malhotra and her team. As time passes I’ll provide updates.
