A: I would let my surgeon remove this as it may pull the incision open. Saline on the gauze will eventually allow it's removal. Better to wait a week so the wound can heal more before taking off with less chance of pulling it open.
A: You have a very small blister which results from swelling and a shearing force on the steri strip. Just use antibiotic ointment on it twice daily and it should heal without any complications.
A: As your breasts heal and the implants drop the nipple will continue to be pushed up. So wait at least 6 months before considering another procedure. And it is normal for large breasts to fall towards the axilla when laying down.
A: No, I don't think you are a candidate for a crescent mastopexy. They don't work very well in my opinion and you will need at least a vertical or full mastopexy to look perky.
