Eyelid Enhancement
Dr. Gandhi is a fellowship trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon. He completed a rigorous 2-year fellowship following board-certified training in Ophthalmology. During the fellowship years, he focused on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, orbits, and tear duct system, as well as specialized (eye and eyelid) procedures to maximize the protection, health, and well being of the eyes. He also developed expertise on the use of lasers, injectables (like fillers and Botox/Dysport), and skin care safely around the eyes, and in a coordinated fashion to maximize outcomes. Dr. Gandhi finished his training in 2006, and then was a teaching surgeon for 11 years at Duke Ophthalmology, where he performed hundreds of surgeries per year and trained fellows and surgeons from other specialties on the refined nuances of eyelid surgery. He is an expert at laser blepharoplasty and laser eyelid surgery approaches that minimize swelling and bruising. Consultations are a personalized experience.

Dr. Parag D. Gandhi, MD, FACS is a board-certified oculoplastic surgeon and ophthalmologist in the greater Baltimore area. The founder of Maryland Eye & Face, he performs a wide range of facial and periocular reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, including blepharoplasty, brow lift, ptosis repair, orbital surgery, dermal fillers, and Mohs reconstructions. He is dedicated to bringing cutting edge technology, customized treatment plans, and the highest in quality patient care to his patients.
Dr. Gandhi received his medical degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, New York where he later completed a residency in ophthalmology. He went on to complete his sub-specialization in oculofacial plastic surgery through a fellowship program sponsored by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Gandhi is an active member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
