Gorgeous natural contour

RHA has given me a gorgeous contour that I have always wished I had! I was worried that fillers would alter my look too much but RHA feels and looks so natural! It truly and simply has made me feel like a more confident ME!

Thank you for helping me become more confident in myself and my body.

I chose to travel from IL to Raleigh to have a tummy tuck with liposuction on my abdomen and inner thighs. My first in office appointment was the day before my scheduled surgery and I was blown away with the office atmosphere. Every person I met was phenomenal in all areas (scheduling, professionalism, courteous, prompt, greeted by smiles, etc.). My circumstances required a virtual visit for...

Great Staff

Jetta and staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable about injections. I have had Botox along with lip & cheek fillers. I highly recommend Skin Raleigh as I have been a patient for over 12 years.

First Time Lip Injections: Incredible

Love. My. Lips. Being my first time getting them I was naturally nervous! Jetta not only took her time talking me through everything and choosing which product would work best, she made she I was nice and numb. The process was vertically painless. I had minimal swelling and am so in love with my results! I’ve since been asking myself the question, “why hadn’t I done this sooner?!” I cannot ...

Chin filler for recessed chin

I am so pleased with my experience receiving chin fillers with Mary. I have a recessed chin and wanted to gain more protrusion. I wanted the results to be very subtle, where only I would notice. This was my first time with fillers and I was initially nervous going in. Mary is very knowledgeable, she walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I also didn’t feel a...

Q: Could I get my boobs to look like this? Would they be too big? (photo)
Answered by Dr. PyleFebruary 5, 2018

A: Thanks for your question. The short answer is that using a 3-D system like VECTRA allows you to get a better idea of what you, specifically, would look like. It’s such a great tool. Interestingly, the person you chose had those pictures taken at 9 months instead of the typical 3 month that you see online. That means your goals are in line with how things look long term rather than short term. That’s a great start!  Let us know if we can help further. Jess, Megan or Brittany can help a ton and we would be happy to set up a Vectra appointment if you just want to see what things might look like without the intimidation of a consult. Have a great day,

Dr. Pyle

Q: Have I choose the right size?
Answered by Dr. PyleSeptember 19, 2016

A: Thanks for your question.  Choosing the correct implant size is a huge part of your experience with breast augmentation. So much of the process is individualized that it would be nearly impossible for me to give you the kind of information that you would want to use for your decision making over the internet.  Instead, I would encourage you to seek out a practice that has advanced tools to help with the process, things like the VECTRA 3-D imaging system that lets you see about what you will look like with different sizes and styles of implants.  It has absolutely changed the process and the success rate for choosing the best size implant in our practice.

Q: Silicon VS Saline. Which is better in the long run?
Answered by Dr. PyleJuly 15, 2016

A: Ultimately, this decision comes down to your personal preference. Both silicone and saline implants have their own advantages, and each can offer excellent results. And according to the FDA, they both carry about the same risk for complications. Although silent ruptures can sometimes happen with silicone implants and an MRI is necessary to detect the rupture, the silicone gel inside the outer shell is cohesive enough that it shouldn’t leak into the body. If you want to combine the benefits of saline and silicone, you may want to visit a board certified plastic surgeon who offers the IDEAL IMPLANT®, a new type of saline implant that feels as natural as silicone. Good luck!

Q: Breast Implants Subglandular to correct asymmetry. Two weeks post op, will they 'drop' ? (photos)
Answered by Dr. PyleJuly 13, 2016

A: Congratulations on your breast augmentation! At 2 weeks post-op, you are still in the earliest stages of recovery and should expect to see your implants “drop and fluff” over the next several weeks. From your pictures, it does look like your breasts are still riding high, but this is completely normal. Most breast implants take between 3 to 6 months to fully settle into place. If you’re still concerned with the position of your implants after several months, consult your plastic surgeon for his or her advice.
