I was looking into getting a breast augmentation. I am so glad I went with Dr. Finical. He did a wonderful job. His staff is great and they made me sooo feel confortable. I am 5 months post op and feel great. I higly recommend Dr. Finical. He will help you on getting the right size for you.

Dr Finical and I go back 18 years when I had a double mastectomy and he did the reconstruction part of this process. He was thoughtful and caring. He’s just like a fine wine, keeps getting better with age! I had my implants replaced 10-2022 and I couldn’t be happier. Great work, great staff, great doctor.

Dr. Finical and his entire staff made me feel very comfortable with my procedure. I was well informed of what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Their customer service is excellent whether in the office or over the phone. All of my questions and concerns were addressed, and my emails and calls were always returned in a timely manner. Dr. Finical did an amazing job, and I am more than happy with my results. I would definitely return if any future procedures are needed. Highly recommend!!

I always knew when I reached a “certain” age and my face started to sag, I would want to have a face lift. The past few years when I look in the mirror, I felt I didn’t recognize myself and knew the time had come. I wanted to have both my eyes and sagging chin area corrected. After months of research and talking to friends who had the procedure, I decided to go to Charlotte Plastic Surgery. I first went into the office for Cool Sculpting around my waistline that had somehow disappeared through menopause. This procedure went well, and I now have a waistline again. The whole vibe of the office and nurse staff, as well as the wait room felt warm and comfortable. Once I felt I would be in good hands, I made the consultation appointment for my facelift. Dr. Stephan Finical exceeded my expectations with regards to being easy to talk with and calmed my nerves about looking over done and different. He was not pushy, nor suggested more than what I felt I needed. I truly felt listened to. The day of surgery, the entire staff put me at ease, keeping me informed of the process and also keeping my friend aware of my status. My surgery was in July and aside from some very minor bruising, I felt comfortable going out in public in one week. I now look in the mirror and look as good as I feel. My confidence level is back! I highly recommend Dr. Finical.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Finical and his team. I have been wanting rhinoplasty for years and years but was always afraid of making it worse or scared I didn’t pick the right surgeon etc. Well, I finally went to see Dr. Finical and he was just amazing. He is so patient and kind and really listens to what you want and puts your mind at ease. I knew I didn’t need any more consultations after meeting with him. Had my surgery a week ago and it was perfect from start to finish. The nurses and entire staff are so sweet and calming and Dr. Finical came in to talk to me before the surgery and told me not to worry and it was going to turn out beautiful. I was so relaxed going into the operating room. It went fast and before I knew it I was in the recovery room with the sweetest nurses. Dr. Finical came back in a few more times to check on me and reassured me that it turned out great and I would love it. I just went to get my splint off 1 week post op and I couldn’t believe it. It is gorgeous. It is still really swollen but looks great. If you are contemplating plastic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Finical and his awesome team! You will absolutely love them!

I came in to see Dr. Finical after reading his reviews and a recommendation from a prior patient of his and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. He explained everything with such ease and made this process less frightening. His bedside manners were amazing and he is a very knowledgable surgeon. His team was also outstanding and ensured I had all of the information I need pre/post op to feel confident in my decision.

I spent a few years talking to different doctors, but never felt like I had the right connection with them/trusted that they understood what I was looking for. Dr finical and everyone at Charlotte plastic surgery was absolutely phenomenal and took the best care of me. Dr finical spent so much time with me on the front end, and we looked at a binder filled with pictures of previous rhinoplasty procedures he’s done so I could show what I liked and disliked. He has such an amazing bedside manner and I felt so comfortable. The day of the surgery, the staff made me feel as comfortable as possible in both pre and post op. They couldn’t have a better nursing staff! The doctors on this team are all super responsive during the post op process. When I had a concern at 3 in the morning, there was a physician I could talk to who made me feel like they genuinely cared, and wasn’t bothered that I woke them up in the middle of the night. I’m almost 3 months post op now, and my nose has gone from being my biggest insecurity to one of my favorite features. Sometimes I just stand at the bathroom mirror and stare at it! I could not be happier. I wish this group of doctors could handle every aspect of my medical care, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend any physician there.

Years ago I had a breast augmentation and after children was time to get a lift. I was very excited about improving my look but I must say my expectations were far exceeded this go around. I’m even happier than I thought I would be and I’m so glad I made the decision. The staff and Dr. Finical are some of the most amazing people I’ve ever known! As an esthetician of over 20 years, I take my skin and plastic surgery procedures very seriously. I actually moved to Charlotte from San Diego in March and hoped to have surgery with Dr. Finical at Charlotte Plastic Surgery versus going to others in L.A. I have never seen so many amazing reviews for a surgeon online. I did my research and I'm glad I did. His bedside manner and skills are the reason why. He is a super nice, laid back guy. Very knowledgable and trustworthy as well. You just get a sense that you're in very capable hands. When I went in for my consult I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered every one. Definitely not in a rush to shoo me out. Pre op was fantastic and the front desk and nursing team were all great and organized in preparing me for the surgery date. Cherie, his nurse, was very nice and helpful throughout the process as well. Day of surgery was WAY BETTER than I could have imagined. The nurses, nurse anesthetist, and Dr. Finical all made me feel completely calm and comfortable. I was pretty nervous. It was over before I knew it! I had two surgeries in one, so to speak. Recovery was hard, but they got me through it. I am thrilled with the results of both. I am actually already looking forward to possibly booking one more surgery with Dr. Finical in the future.
