Dr. Miles did my breast implant removal, labiaplasty and facelift. He also does my Botox and filler. I couldn’t be happier with my results. He is very kind and caring and his staff is awesome. I have recommended him to friends.

I had another great experience with Dr. Miles and his wonderful staff. I had a lower facelift and can’t wait to see the results. Two days out and I’m comfortable. Dr. Miles is the best plastic surgeon that I have ever had work done with. I trust him completely. His staff is so friendly and attentive as well!

Dr. Miles is all I could hope for and more. He answered all questions, was truthful about possible outcomes because of my condition, but confident and fully capable!! I’m 8 weeks post, and all went just as he predicted. I would highly recommend him to others. I love a no surprises, no nonsense, yet personable person. He is all that!!

I’m a mom of 4 who all did some pretty major destruction to my body. I breastfed each child for at least year; in total I was pregnant or breastfeeding just over 8 years. I knew I wanted my body back, but no amount of time in the gym or dieting gave me anywhere close to the results I was hoping for. I interviewed several top surgeons in my area and felt Dr. Miles was the absolute best for the job. He took lots of time to review possible procedures to get my desired results. He is knowledgeable, confident, but not at all arrogant. His staff is also extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I’m one week out of from surgery but already see the beginnings of fantastic results. Dr. Miles has continued to check in, offer support, and encouragement. I can’t wait to see my new body fully healed.

I have always had huge arms, even when I was very thin. This meant I always had to be covered and uncomfortable in hot weather. It also meant that dresses, women's shirts, and women's coats often would not fit over my arms, and if they did it was really tight and uncomfortable. Dr. Miles changed my life with his amazing arm-lift. Now I am comfortable in normal women's clothing, and I no longer feel like I have to hide my arms. His office is exceptional to deal with, and Dr. Miles is fantastic. I have had other procedures from other providers and I wish I had started with Dr. Miles!

On August 13, 2012 I woke up, decided I wanted a divorce, wanted to sell my house and decided I was not going to be the fat mom. My youngest was just starting middle school and middle schoolers are the worst lol, they tease, bicker and can be so cruel. I knew in our zip code being a single mom would be hard enough but being the fat single mom would be hard on my boy. Over 2 years I lost 108 lbs and never looked back. Over the last decade I stalked realself… looking at before and after’s and surgeons basically across the Country. I live in Charlotte and had a huge selection to pick from here. I interviewed the best of the best. There were 13 in total. One was so much fun I wish we were neighbors and could vacation in Vegas along with my husband his wife, one was so sweet and kind I just couldn’t imagine him slicing me up, a few a bit cocky but not in a good confident way, one office made me feel it was a porn audition and a lot that were super into “selling” procedures but not necessarily the one I wanted and only 1 of 13 had the confidence to not only want to do the exact procedure I thought I needed but he explained why that was the only procedure that could be done to get the result I wanted. I picked him, Dr Erik Miles and not because he agreed with me, it was his confidence in his own abilities that “sold” me in that office. I lost a lot of weight and my requirements were fantastic boobs, not ok boobs, I also wanted a waist, a defined waist and this one was non negotiable So here we are just about 10 years later from where it all began and 8 days ago I had an extended fleur de lis tummy tuck, with a breast lift, an internal bra and some lipo. The procedure very few were willing to do and zero with complete utter confidence was the fleur de lis, and I completely understand, it’s way more complicated takes much longer and has very little room for error with the scar lines on this one but no other procedure no matter how hard they tried to “sell it” wether extended tt, regular, or a 360 would have given me the waist I wanted… the others did not want to do the fleur de lis at all, even the guy that “specializes” in massive weight loss and after carrying that extra skin for an extra 8 years… I did not want to look like a cereal box. I wanted a waist and great boobs without implants. I started at a 34G and wanted a lift not a reduction and they’re damn near perfect now (I know they’re a bit swollen and will get a bit smaller) plus they are high and perky and no implant and exactly what I wanted. 11 of 13 insisted I needed an implant for top volume… Dear God, they were 34G’s out the gate with lots of of available tissue to move to the right spot, obviously I did not need an implant. What I needed was a Rock Star and I got one in Dr Miles. I can’t believe I’m posting these but Dr Miles deserves all the credit in the world! I cried yesterday in his office because I can’t believe how incredible I look, his response was “you’re 1 week post op… you haven’t seen anything yet” and I believe him, everything he said has been truthful, accurate and exactly as described, as the swelling dissipates I'll look even better. Dr Miles is the most confident and skilled in his profession in the Charlotte Metro area and his staff are as pleasant, professional and competent as he. If you’re considering plastic surgery especially if you have massive weight loss please put this man on your list even if he’s outside your perceived travel zone. He’s more than worth the wait for the consult. He’s an expert architect, surgeon and my hero! I’m 5’5” and day of surgery 143lbs, at his office yesterday 134lbs and I know I’m super swollen but even in this post condition I look 10000% better. Updated on 8 Jul 2022: I’m as happy as can be! I’m still swollen but my clothes look fantastic now:)

Doctor Miles have done my Breast Reduction and a tummy tuck. I am still loving my results of both, I went back in December 2021 to get liposuction of upper tummy and remove a small dog ear from my hip area below tummy tuck scar. Everything went well, I now have my bikini body back . Thanks to Dr Miles and his staff. Recommend him highly. Oh he also do my Botox.

Dr. Miles is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled! After a consultation years ago with a different surgeon who made me uncomfortable, I was a bit hesitant. But Dr. Miles treated me with respect and kindness. He was very thorough and informative. I felt so in control of my desired outcome and there was no resistance or judgement towards my opinions. The surgery was a breeze, the entire team and staff were all so attentive and skilled. Healing was relatively painless and I felt good to go after just a week post op. I could feel my back pain subside almost immediately. They look so natural and I’ve had many friends amazed by the results. I feel so confident and happy now, I could never thank Dr. Miles enough for giving me my life back!
