I have performed more than 5,000 breast enhancement procedures since joining the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery in Rochester, New York in 2003. These procedures include breast augmentation, breast lifts, breast reduction, and breast revisions. I am painstakingly meticulous throughout this entire process, which begins with open patient-doctor conversations in which we determine the best path forward. Abdominoplasty

Dr. William J. Koenig is a double board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in Rochester, New York, and serving the Syracuse and Buffalo area. Specializing exclusively in breast and body procedures, Dr. Koenig has performed more than 6,000 breast augmentations, 1,000 tummy tucks, and 2,000 liposuction procedures throughout his illustrious career.
After obtaining his undergraduate degree in medical science from Northwestern University, he pursued his medical degree at Northwestern University Medical School, where he graduated with honors. Afterward, he completed two residencies—one in general surgery at Hartford Hospital with the University of Connecticut and another in plastic surgery at Northwestern University.
A member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Dr. Koenig is double board-certified by the American Board of Surgery - General and American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Koenig has received multiple awards throughout his tenure, including the Most Compassionate Doctor Award (Patient's Choice), America's Best Physician Award, On-Time Doctor Award, and the Castle Connolly Top Doctor award.
In addition to assisting patients at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery in Rochester, New York, Dr. Koenig utilizes his extensive expertise in aesthetics to help others less fortunate throughout the world. Specifically, he volunteers with the HUGS Foundation, which corrects cleft lips and palates in children so they can lead more normal lives.
Dr. Koenig is known for his excellence in plastic surgery, but his patients also gravitate toward his warm bedside manner and down-to-earth disposition. He works closely with each patient to ensure they feel comfortable and that their results not only meet but exceed expectations.
