Kybella cannot be used on the face, only under the chin. Cool sculpting also can’t be used. It sounds like you need a combination of liposuction and face lift.&nbsp;
 Also&nbsp;cheek filler will give some lift, but if the skin is heavier or the jowls larger, there won’t be enough “lift”.&nbsp;

I have some heaviness around my mouth and would like to know if this helps. I’ve already had buccal fat removal but it’s a different area. I don’t like to use fillers because it can make my face bigger. My options are midface lift, mini lipo, and cheek filler to lift the area. I’m looking for a treatment with permanent results. Any advices? Thank you

Kybella and mini lipo for perioral fat?

You may have some reactive post inflammatory blood vessel formation. It can happen whenever the skin is irritated. You may need a treatment with a vascular laser such as a VBeam.

I do get big blisters, but not that much the last times. The last treatments I wait 3-4 months between. My skin is red even 3-4 months after treatment. Will this ever get away, or is it anything I can do to make it better? If I push my fingers hard on the skin the redness disappear for seconds. The picture is taken 4 months after treatment.

Kybella will only decrease the fat where it’s injected. Some people do notice that once their double chin is gone, their jowls look better; even though it wasn’t injected into the fat of the jowl area. We think this may be from the inflammatory response and the tightening of the skin in the submental (under the chin) area.

Hello I've recently had kybella done and I've noticed my face shape is a bit different I noticed my jaw line is a bit more of a v jaw line now which as to before I had a similar jaw line as to like Kylie Jenner or Selena Gomez where i believe what would be the jowls would stick out quite a bit giving the appearance of a heart shaped face if that makes sense . I'd hate to think I altered the shape of my face , I'd like to think this is how'd id look had I lost an extra 20 pounds.

Does Kybella change your face shape?

Yes, it was recently approved by the FDA for the crow’s feet. We have used it for that indication for years.&nbsp;
Without seeing the motion of your face, it’s tough to say whether Botox would be of benefit or not. Some people swear by silk pillow cases to prevent the tugging and pulling of the skin at night. Frownies may also be of benefit!

Hi have this terrible habit of sleeping on my side or stomach and this is causing me to form wrinkles, the thing is that if those wrinkles are NOT formed due to the muscles we use for smiling thus is a "superficial wrinkle" that I can tell is worse when I get up (but now they dont dissappear tru the day) Can botox help? or it wont as this kind of wrinkle wont dissappear even if the muscle is relaxed with botox? if botox can´t help, what can I do to fix it? (besides sleeping on my back).Thanks!!

After 2 weeks you should be able to resume all of your normal activities, including wearing a hat. Certainly you’d want the hat to be routinely cleaned. As far as sleeping position, you can resume your normal position. When it comes to shampooing, you can shampoo as you did before the surgery. I wouldn’t scrub however. Your scabs should be coming off by now. Remember a small hair will be attached to the scab, but the follicle will remain in the scalp.

It's been 2 weeks since I had Neograft FUE hair transplant. What should my sleeping position be?

Sculpsure can take up to 3-4 months to see the final result. Most patients describe the treatment as warm to hot, then cool. The closer it is to a boney structure the “hotter” it can feel. The machine itself will not work if good contact isn’t made with the skin. If you see no change in another 4 weeks, I would certainly talk with the office that you had the procedure done.

I am wondering if there is a possibility that the machine was not working properly during the treatment, as I hardly felt anything and had no side effects. Or maybe Sculpsure does not work well on that area. As I have spent a considerable amount of money for four modules I do want to get results. Your kind advice on this matter is much appreciated. Sculpsure cannot cause a rash elsewhere on your body. Sometimes the treated area can look a little red, be itchy, or sore afterwards. The redness that it can cause in the treated area is mild. It sounds like you may have gotten into some poison ivy!&nbsp;

Two days following the treatment of the abdominal area I first developed a rash on my neck and around the eye. Over the next 2 days new areas appeared on stomach, under and on a breast, some patches on leg and back. Most of the rash is on one side of the body, with minor parts crossing midline, so docs ruled out shingles. It does feel like poison ivy-burning and itching, but looks different on the stomach area treated with SculpSure-there it looks more like measles rash.

Is it possible for SculpSure treatment to provoke a rash that affects other body parts?

It truly depends on the energy that was used. &nbsp;unfortunately&nbsp;unable to know if felt nothing because of your tolerance or energy used.

I've had three Scupsure treatments in the same area. The first two times I felt something, but this time there was zero discomfort. Does that have any impact on the efficacy of the treatment?

Sculpsure shouldn’t cause nausea. Afterwards most people will feel a little sore, almost as if they worked out too hard. The muscles and fat may feel hard, and tender to the touch. Any GI distress may be related to something else, which you may want to speak to your Internist about.

I had SculpSure done a week ago and am still very swollen, and have been nauseated off and on as well, particularly at night or if anything is pressing along my stomach, like after I massage it. Is that normal? The swelling doesn't seem to have been reducing either.
