I recently had a breast lift with Dr. Brown. Since day one I felt very confident with him, his staff and his work absolutely the best. His very professional staff walk me through every little step. Surgery day was great Im absolutely in love with my breasts now. I had a breast lift no implants and they looked absolutely full, round and natural just what I wanted you can even think I had implants that’s how nice they came out. Staff and Dr Brown are very concerned about your health and safety. I’m glad I make them a choice and will choose him again! Filler services with Dr Carolyn Brown can’t even tell you how great they are I’m in love with her work! Absolutely awesome. I had told her I only wanted my top lip only since my bottom was way to bigger and she made it happen!

I have had procedures done by Dr. Brown in 2013 and 2021. From start to finish Dr. Brown carried the highest standards. He laid out what to expect, answered questions, and left me confident about my decisions. The work he did has me feeling confident both inside and out. The procedures went exactly as he presented them. His bedside manner, knowledge, skill, delivery, and compassion was outstanding. I travel 7 hours to see him and it is worth it! I live in an area where I feel healthcare is behind the times. After healing from a procedure I had a medical concern unrelated. The state I live in bounced me back and forth between 4 ER's for 2 months. Provider in my state had me driving 3.5 hours between ERs without resolution. I finally called Dr Brown despite it being 430 on a Friday. With no hesitation he asked how soon I could be there. On a Saturday morning he treated me and I am feeling 100%. Now that displays dedication to his patients way above expectation!! This is the Doctor you call and can expect to answer your concerns directly. He genuinely cares about his patients giving them the time, superb care, and goes above and beyond what's expected. Oh, and let's not forget the women working on the office. There are three that I meet my first procedure(2013) and are still there today(2022). They are so welcoming and knowledgeable about the services provided. The atmosphere, the smiles, and the interactions between the staff are wonderful. They're ones that you can tell they love their jobs and you will be supported. I feel blessed to have had such exceptional care and results!!!!!

Dr. Brown is simply fantastic. I had an an abdominoplasty ("tummy tuck") and brachioplasty ("arm lift") with him last year and I wish I had done it sooner! I had lost over a hundred pounds, but had enough loose skin left that in my eyes, it looked like nothing had changed at all.I dreaded the summer months of tight shirts and short sleeves. Dr. Brown turned my life around. From beginning to end, initial consult to final follow-up visit, he was marvelous. His bedside manner is superb. Every question and concern was answered completely, and I immediately felt at ease with my choice.I wanted a surgeon who was honest, kind, thoughtful, professional, and most importantly SKILLED, and I found the full package with Dr. Brown. I honestly forget the scars (which are minimal) are even there, and I am happy in my own body for the first time in years. I cannot recommend him more strongly.

I had a breast augmentation 20 years ago with a physician in NYC. I was never happy with the turnout and I always wanted to redo them. I've received numerous referrals but it was not until I met Dr. Brown by chance that I instantly knew he would be the one to correct everything and give me my confidence back. My old implants were in extremely bad shape and they were making me physically ill. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who wants an expert plastic surgeon with a heart of gold to match. He's extremely intelligent, he listens, hes caring, he's artistic and wants the best possible outcome for all of his patients.

Hello beautiful ppl. I always wanted boobs since I was 12,puberty hit&left me with a meek 34A (fullA)lol. All the females in my family have nothing less then full 34C/D. Padding and cutlets made me feel better but not fulfilled. Fast forward a couple years&2 breast fed kids later I was a nice 34C,once the milk left I was a very deflated 34A. After a couple missed consults from a few doctors(I chickened out),I rescheduled with all of them and worked up the courage to go. After many consults Dr.Brown was my dream doctor. Updated on 1 May 2015: When I pulled into the surgery center, it hit me that sh*t just got real. I should add that 2 days before surgery I only took 4mg of sub and 1 day before took 2mg of sub. My sub doc said to take nothing 48 hours before surgery so the pain meds would work but I was detoxing and felt like sh*t. I waited about 2 hours before I was walking into the surgery room. Every single DR,RN,&MA had something to say about the fact that I'm on subs. What I told them is that my sub doc&plastic surgeon know& we have a solid plan. That statement alone shut up all their extra questions. The final walk was scary just because the nurse was walking super slow because I guess her son is an addict& she wanted to talk to me about not taking the opioids for fear of relapse. I told her respectfully "I'm not your son& every person is different& I already have the Percocet& I'm taking them". Once I was in the room the table looked like a crucifix& my advice is to not look around the room because it looked straight out of a horror movie. I sat on the table and the nurse asked if I had any animals I said I had 2 dogs. Then he said I'm giving you something to relax now& boom I was out like a baby. I woke up in the recovery room& first words were"where is my"...nurse said "I'm going to get them now". My husband& mom showed up in the room within seconds. I was in pain!! I got the max amount of drugs they could give me&30 minutes later I was discharged. Let's be honest because of taking subs my pain tolerance sucks. What would work for a normal person like 1or2 5mg Percocet, did not work for me. I had to take 3/4 just to touch the pain. I took them around the clock every 5/6 hours for the first 2 days. Including the valium however, it knocked me on my ass&during the day I broke them apart so I could tolerate the "drunk" feeling. At night I took the whole pill so I could sleep. After 2 days I switched back to my subs and took a little extra sub every day which seemed to work for me. Definitely make sure you have enough pillows and extra help for the first week. Updated on 15 Jun 2015: My advice to all the ladies who just got a breast augmentation is to not look at your boobs for the first month. What I mean is that mine looked super scary, I hated them. The looked like squares and they were very hard. Every time I was naked I tried not to look at them because I knew that it wasn't the final product.lol. The doctor still has me wearing the compression band at night because my boobs are riding high due to my muscles not relaxing enough. I'm so happy I got them done and my only regret is that I didn't them done sooner.

Dr Brown is highly skilled, so gentle and always has your best interest at heart! I've been getting Botox and injectables from Dr Brown for a few years now and before him I've tried other local plastic surgeons in the area and he is the best in the business! Botox and injectables truly is an art form and once you've had bad prior outcomes you will know when you find a good highly skilled surgeon who is good at what they do!! Every single one of the girls in his office is amazing, super friendly, polite and so willing to help! I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his office staff from years of experience he is the best!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Brown and his staff. I elected to have a fairly significant surgery after losing over 160 pounds through diet and exercise, and throughout the process, he was extremely informative, reassuring and knowledgeable. He made the entire process much less overwhelming than it would have been otherwise, by always taking the time to answer questions, thoroughly explain what I could expect, and make sure I had a comfort level with the process at every step of the way. Dr. Brown's staff is incredible, too, and always treats you as an important person when you walk through the door! I would recommend Dr. Brown to absolutely anyone considering elective surgery, without reservations.

Dr. Brown was very friendly and easy to work with. The pain was not bad at all, and the procedure was very quick. My face was a little red afterwards with lines where the device was used, but this quickly subsided the next day. I did this as a preventative treatment for minor facial laxiety, and the results were very subtle if any. I would say overall it was worth it, and I was very satisfied with the treatment and care I received from Dr. Brown and his staff.

Scheduled my BA for February 28th!! I have been waiting forever to do this and now it's 2 weeks away!! So excited and nervous but I know it will all be worth it in the end. Only real concern is caring for my little 18 month old after surgery. I am scheduled for a Friday surgery my husband will take care of me that day and the weekend I have my friends coming over to help me until Tuesday. Hoping 5 days of rest and care will be good enough to be on my own with kids on day 6! :/ Getting a list ready and trying to remember all that I need preop/postop. Scheduling preop appt this week. I will try on sizers again this week but for my consultation I felt good with a 450CC.... I Cannot wait until I'm healed and have boobs!!!! Updated on 27 Feb 2014: Tomorrow morning!!!! 9:30am! Feeling very excited and nervous all at the same time :) Can't believe it's happening finally. I have cleaned my entire house, all laundry is done and now I'm just waiting patiently.... Feeling bad for my kids hope recovery is a breeze Updated on 28 Feb 2014: Just got home feeling great just my peck muscles are sore under my armpits too. A little dazed but overall feeling great! Updated on 28 Feb 2014: Updated on 28 Feb 2014: Today flew by, I can't believe It has happened and I have boobies!!! Everything at the surgical center was smooth and seamless. Everyone was so friendly and caring I had a great experience there. Car ride home was nice except for the few potholes :/ Haven't felt nauseous or sick at all and I was able to eat 3 bowls of soup and crackers. Feeling great! The 15 bottles of water I consumed really helped flush all of the anesthesia out of my system. Just climbed in bed I feel very tight all my chest muscles and under my arm pit but overall no severe pain. I'm all cozy in bed with my heating pad, lots of pillows and blankets. Ive prepared myself for tomorrow being the worst day (day 2). So overall surgery day and back home day 1 has been great and tolerable. :)

I am four weeks out of surgery and couldn't be happier. I'm seeing huge results and can't wait to see the finished product. I went to consultations at several different establishments and this was the one that I had the best feeling. As a surgical tech I asked many questions to see if Dr. Brown would stumble over any answers, and he didn't even hesitate over one. He is knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. Some of the other consultations I went to I had felt guilty but not here. He will make you feel positive when you are down and the staff is phenomenal! This is the type of place that caters to you and doesn't rush and push through to the next person. I was reached out to several times after my surgery when it was well past working hours. These are people that are always smiling and want to make sure you feel that way about yourself. My fiancé made a frantic call, due to my low threshold of pain, and two of the staff came to me. They eased our minds and helped wash me up so I felt like a women again. These wonderful people go above and beyond. They need more recognition and I would highly recommend them for and cosmetic surgery.
