Dr. Constance Chen, MD, MPH, FACS is a board-certified plastic surgeon in private practice on Park Avenue in New York City. Though she performs a variety of plastic procedures across the breast and body, she is best known for her innovative techniques as they pertain to breast enhancement and breast reconstruction. She has been providing her patients with warm and reassuring care as well as exceptional, natural-looking results for over a decade.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Harvard College, Dr. Chen went on to pursue her medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine and a master’s in public health from Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and has also completed fellowships at prestigious institutes such as New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New York University Langone Medical Center Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. Dr. Chen is frequently invited to share her expertise on reconstructive breast surgery both nationally and internationally. She has published multiple books and book chapters as well as over 50 journal articles and is the recipient of a multitude of distinguished awards for her work in plastic and reconstructive surgery over the years.
