I have spent years looking and trying out various laser treatments to make my skin as flawless as possible. I went to the best clinics on the West coast and East coast but didn’t get the results I was looking for. A friend recommended that I visit the Laser Queen of Park Avenue and I made a consultation to see Dr.Anna. In 5 minutes she knew what she wanted to do and she is the first person to offer to perform a couple of laser treatments all at one time, to save time and to get better results. I was very nervous but excited to try something new and the results speak for themselves. We are not done yet and I received 2 sessions with a combination of 3 different lasers and my skin is already so much smoother and scars are not noticeable for the first time In my life. I wanted to share so others will spend their money right and go straight to Dr. Avaliani because she knows her stuff. Her office and staff are super nice as well. It was always fun to be there

I am finally free and happy to look at my eyebrows again . I cannot thank Dr.Avaliani for helping me with something so many people said there was nothing to do. I felt right at ease when I came to consultation and she immediately said: Oh, that’s easy and we can totally remove it but I just don’t know how many sessions it will take but we will start with 2”. She was right on point. More than 80 percent was gone after 1 session and the reminder was removed with a second session. I have very very faint spots, but it doesn’t bother me to return for a third treatment so I am very very happy. Highly recommend it if you are tired of your microbladed eyebrows and looking for a true expert to help you. Dr. Avaliani is absolutely the right person for this procedure.

Thank you Dr.Anna for giving me exactly what I dreamed of. I asked for natural and she delivered. My lips don’t look wrinkly and are very much hydrated . They also feel sooooo soft. Dr.Anna used the Restylane Kysse product for me and I don’t even feel like I have anything in my lips and I was worried I would. Neck pain and shoulder pain is gone. Thank you Dr.A! Must try Trap Tox treatment I have been living with neck and shoulder pain for years. I have tried massages, cupping, acupuncture, you name it. Nothing was helping a s much as Trap Tox treatment did. For the first time in a long time I have no tension and feel so light. I did my research and found Dr.Avaliani because she is an expert injector and a national trainer so I felt like she would be able to help me and she did. It took two visits, we started with one dose first jus to see, and already after 1st visit I felt better and two weeks later, we added more and that was the sweet spot. I was tired of looking tired and being told I look tired. I was super afraid to even think that I needed surgery and reading everything about eye fillers was scary as well. I read many wonderful things about Dr.Avaliani and her non surgical state of the art practice and decided to come for a consultation. To my surprise, Dr.Avaliani offered a treatment that was just perfect for my eye bag concern and it was even called EmFACE for eyebags. The treatment was just super comfortable and a little weird, but absolutely not painful. I came during my lunch break for this 20 minute session and the office staff was very spot on , took me right away. The office is very well organized with excellent communication. They really respected that I only had a limited time for this procedure and they listened and accommodated. My eye area looks so much better, I have less puffiness in the morning, the skin feels firmer and the bag is almost not visible, all considering I didn’t have any surgery for it, I am very happy to have found Dr.Avaliani and EMFACE EYE treatment. Highly recommend it. I rather spend money on my eyes that a facial because I see better results with this. Must try!

Dr.Avaliani is the besst! Updated on 3 Apr 2025: came to see Dr.Avaliani for a consultation about my bulky legs and was curious if botox would help me. Dr.Anna was super easy and fun and explained all the pros and cons of the treatment and I felt really comfortable in her beautiful office so I went and did it. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did. The entire procedure took less than 5 minutes. I felt just a tiny prick. Not only do my calves look slimmer, I also feel great relief in the tension in the back of my calves when I am walking. I feel like I got two treatments in one, tension relief and slimmer look. Really happy here. Just be prepared for a large dose.

Dr Anna is so warm and completely understood my concerns - I was impressed with how quickly she identified a solution (I've seen multiple other practitioners about my jaw / chin and they never seemed convinced they could help me achieve the result I was after). I like a natural look and I'm so glad I trusted her - the whole process (botox in masseters & neck, chin filler) was quick, relatively pain-free and felt like chatting to a friend. I'm definitely going to be coming back from now on.

I cannot say enough of positive things about my experience with Dr.Avaliani and her staff and how happy I am that she recommended Sculptra for me. My face looks soo natural, my skin is glowing and even feels thicker. The lines I had around my mouth when I smiled are gone. The best part is no one can tell I did anything but I just keep getting tons of complements. This product in the hands of Dr.Avaliani did what she said it would. I am very pleased and highly recommend Dr.Avaliani and her practice for a visit and if you are a candidate for Sculptra, just do it, it is AMAZING.
