I first went to Dr. Khorasani for a small nose piercing scar revision. He recommended the most aggressive (and ultimately the most effective) approach to achieve the best possible result. It was more than I initially planned to spend, but it involved multiple visits, excellent aftercare, and premium products so in the end it was worth definitely the price. His attention to detail and communication gave me full confidence in the process. The second time I came to the practice was under much more difficult circumstances. I had a wound separation after a breast lift performed by another surgeon, and I felt completely abandoned by that original doctor. But, Dr. K’s office took me in immediately and treated me with genuine kindness and care when I was at my lowest, both physically and emotionally. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. Since then, the practice has helped me with dermabrasion and CO? laser treatments on the incisions from the breast lift. The results are absolutely perfect; bright-eyed and completely natural, with almost no visible scar after 6 months. I would categorize this as a relatively easy procedure with little downtime and a big payoff. My personal opinion is that anyone seeking to maintain a naturally youthful appearance should consider this part of their essential 40s laser/botox regime, with a true expert like Dr. Khoresani - the investment is absolutely worthwhile. I also appreciated that I could get this done without needing to go under anesthesia (optional). Highly recommend!

Dr Khorasani is calm, patient and explains every step of the procedure throughly. I was delighted with the results from the surgery. There was some bruising which I expected but it soon dissipated. I only wish I had had the procedure years before. The entire staff is wonderful.
