Dr. Kotlus is dual fellowship-trained in oculoplastic surgery and cosmetic surgery. He specializes in cosmetic surgery of the eyes and face and is accredited by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He authored two cosmetic surgery books for patients.
