You know that feeling when someone just gets you—without you needing to say much? That’s exactly what happened when I met Dr. Thomas Loeb. After years of living with a nose that didn’t feel right—too long, too wide, not straight, and with an uneven tip—I finally decided to look into revision surgery. My first rhinoplasty had left me quite disappointed, and I spent a long time searching for another surgeon. Never found the right one though… Until I went with my friend to one of her follow-up visits—she had recently had her nose done by Dr. Loeb—and I remember being genuinely amazed, looking at her and thinking, her nose is so, so perfect. It looked incredibly natural and perfectly balanced. Even though I had pretty much lost hope after my first rhinoplasty and ye bu ars of consultations with other plastic surgeons, I knew instantly it was worth meeting Dr. Loeb. And I was right… Dr. Loeb looked at me and described exactly what needed to be done—before I even said much. He understood everything I had been thinking for years. Within 20 minutes, I was sure I wanted him to do the surgery. There was no doubt, no hesitation. He just got it… During the consultation, Dr. Loeb was not only kind but also very direct—which I appreciated so much. It’s rare to find a plastic surgeon who’s willing to tell you the truth and offer his honest, professional opinion before deciding whether to move forward. The point is, he is incredibly genuine, approachable, and leaves a lasting impression. The surgery and recovery were smooth and surprisingly easy for me. I wasn’t nervous at all. Quite opposite, actually! I was EXCITED! It’s only been a month since my rhinoplasty, and while I know the final results will continue to settle—it’s a process—I was honestly amazed by how everything went. I almost didn’t have any bruising, no pain at all, and when the cast came off, my nose already looked great. Even with some swelling, I couldn’t have been happier. Also, what really stood out, beyond Dr. Loeb’s skill, was his team. They are unbelievably kind and supportive. Any time I had a question, concern, or just needed reassurance, they were always—always—there to respond, patiently and warmly. They made the whole process feel very safe and smooth. I can’t say enough about how cared for I felt every step of the way. I didn’t walk away from this experience just looking different—I walked away feeling more like myself. Finally… And even though it’s only been a month, that feeling is already so real. I owe that to Dr. Loeb and his incredible team.

Dr. Loeb is top-notch. Our teenager daughter had a deviated septum and elected to get cosmetic surgery as well. Dr. Loeb and his staff were so comforting (there were hugs involved!). Following the procedure, our daughter’s nose looks beautiful and natural and she can breathe normally now. Our daughter is ecstatic. The procedure was in August 2024, and Dr. Loeb regularly follows up with her and never disappeared on us. As a plastic surgeon, he has a wonderful bedside manner and certainly knows his stuff. We highly recommend him.

I went to Dr. Loeb almost 20 years ago for breast augmentation after nursing my two boys and being left with deflated droopy boobs. My breasts still look amazing and very natural! I recently took my 17 year old daughter to him. He honestly was the only one I would trust with her. My daughter had tuberous breast deformity. The surgery he performed on her took almost 5 hours and the results are incredible. Dr. Loeb was amazing with my daughter understanding that she was only 17 and this procedure was a lot for her. He was patient, kind, understanding and made her feel extremely comfortable. I also wanted to mention that his staff - office manager, nurse and anesthesiologist - are just as amazing, top notch. My daughter is so happy with the results and feels much more confident with her physical appearance. I will always be very appreciative to Dr. Loeb and his staff and highly recommend him (and them) to others.

I had a face lift about 5 years ago , done by another Dr. I noticed that skin seemed to be hanging under my chin and i did not want another face lift , Then i met Dr loeb who explained that he can use threading to fix that issue , it wouldn't be perfect like surgery but it would be much better he explained , well i just had the threading done by Dr Loeb and it came out fantastic ,way better then i ever expected with no down time,he is very hands on ,even texting with me and facetime with me after i first met him for a consult as i had some more questions ,I have never had a Dr so available to me plus felt he was being very honest with me ,from now on i will always have him do any work on me ,I actually had seen the work he had done on some of my friends breast implants etc and found his work to be exceptional ,I dont want to leave out his staff Heidi who is excellent with communication and so warm and friendly along with the nurse that was in the room with me. I will never go anywhere else and have friends after seeing the work he did now all want to see him ,nothing makes you feel better then that !

Dr. Loeb saw me initially for a consult in 2019 and he took pictures of my front and profile and did some facial image software to help me visualize what my prospective post surgery nose will look like. Because of Covid I had to put off the surgery but he kept in contact with me via FaceTime for 2 years until I was ready to come in and when I did he took more before pictures and I went into surgery. I had an open rhinoplasty, he altered the tip and moved it up a bit and lowered the bridge. It was all very natural looking and the healing process was as painless as a surgery could be. Within that first week I was out of the woods and within the fist 4 months it was almost fully healed.

I loved my experience! It could not have been better! The office was always so clean and lovely. Everyone I worked with was so kind, polite, courteous, and respectful. Every single request I had for my procedure was perfectly fulfilled, and I was back to my normal life about a week post op. I could not recommend this office and Dr. Loeb more!!
