I was very scared to get the procedure but Dr. Kraft was patient kind and caring from beginning till end, the office staff is amazing the ladies are so sweet and welcoming. highly recommend this doctor

Dr. Kraft is an exceptional plastic surgeon. I had a facial lipoma that had become large, grotesque and unsightly and many specialists had been telling me how difficult removal would be due to its location, I may end up damaging nerves, losing control of that side of my face etc. When I met with Dr. Kraft i just knew he was the one. He took the time to talk to me, explain the procedure, the possible risks, recovery, healing etc. Today nearly 3 weeks after the lipoma removal I have a tiny scar that is also healing quite nicely. This man is a magician. Thank you Dr. Kraft.

Dr. Kraft performed my earlobe reconstruction and the entire experience has been amazing. Everyone from the receptionists to nurses to Dr. Kraft himself are very respectful and welcoming. I was self pay and found the price to be extremely reasonable. I still have one more appointment with him to repierce my ear but the results already show. My earlobes look as they did before ripping. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Kraft is simply an amazing plastic surgeon. He is patient, kind, informative, and best of all - honest. He is not going to sell to you like a used car salesman. I went to him for three (free) consultations for my tummy tuck as it was a major decision for me; any other doctor may feel that I was wasting their time and get impatient but he did not. I felt valued and my concerns were welcome. He comes across as very stern and serious but he is actually pretty funny, and just an overall great person. The staff is so sweet and warm too. And as for my results: over 6 weeks post op and I just can't believe this is now my tummy. Thought I'd just have to live with a wrinkled hanging abdomen after two pregnancies (the second being a 9 pounder) but turns out I do not! I am not really a picky person and told him that no matter how it turns out it can't be worse than it was before, but it far exceeded my expectations! I actually have a beautiful abdomen now - oh, and my belly button looks so natural, that's the one thing I was a tad worried about. And I have Dr. Kraft to thank for this life changing procedure.

I had a Lipoma removed from my shoulder in July. It is now 8 weeks later and you can barely see the scar. Dr Kraft and the office staff were amazing. the procedure quick, easy and inexpensive. I had gone for 2 consults at Park Avenue offices in Manhattan and both were going to charge 4 times what I paid and more importantly they wanted me to have General Anesthesia. I saw Dr Krafts reviews on Realself and though I was hesitant to go to a Dr in Queens, and was not impressed with the physical office but I decided his reviews speak for themselves . Dr Kraft knows his stuff, he did it with local anesthesia. I would recommend him to anyone and I have plans to do future cosmetic work with him.

Dr Kraft did an amazing amazing job at removing my lipoma. Beautiful work. I highly recommend him. I only visited him for my consultation and did not need a second opinion from another doctor. He left no doubts for me so I went with him. So happy I did. Thank you!!!

My experience with Robert L. Kraft, MD was absolutely phenomenal . I was very nervous , had so many questions and his team answered every single one of them . From Emails only I knew I was going to see the professional team . ladies on the front , I wanna thank you for being so kind, so warm and welcoming , not a lot of people are professional and kind at the same time but u two are the great examples of how this field should run. they accept a lot of insurance and the process is super easy. not a thousand paperwork to do which is highly appreciated. Dr Kraft was phenomenal . I was thinking that I had Lipoma but in fact it was cyst and he said it right away. after my first appointment we scheduled the removal process , which went great . After a week , I removed the stitches and I am so so thankful. It needs a time to heal, but I have no doubt that it will go well. thank you to all of you! I AM FINALLY FREE OF MY CYST on my face and thanks to you I am no longer afraid and I will definitely be back if I need it again ( well I hope I won't have again but still )! 49 yes old, mother of 2, I contemplated on getting tummy tuck for a good 1 year. I had consultation with a couple of doctors before I saw Dr. Kraft. He was very straight forward about pros and cons and expectations of outcome. I went through surgery and it’s my 10 weeks after surgery now. I am mostly recovered and I love the result of this surgery. Even though full recovery takes up to 6 months but I already feel amazing.
