I have known Dr. Lefkovits for 25 years. I went to him at first because New York Magazine sent a reporter to several NY plastic surgeons to inquire about breast augmentation. Dr. L was the only doctor to tell her she didnt really need it. I wanted to deal with someone I felt I could trust. I had Lipo and a hair transplant at that time and everything went really well and I was very happy with the results. Twent-five years later my hair seemed to be getting thinner so I placed a call to his office and went back to see him. I ended up getting 2500 hair grafts at the end of January. The team he works with now for hair transplants is top notch. Super experienced and skilled and super nurturing and supportive. All went well and now at the age of 72, tired of looking in the mirror and seeing well not the best news, I am looking forward to seeing a positive change someday soon. I cannot say enough about Dr. Lefkovits. You can trust him. His skills are the best. And the whole experience was excellent.

I got an eyebrow transplant procedure in June 2024 with Dr. Lefkovits and his team, and could not recommend them more! I shopped around for a few doctors and their team was the quickest and most thorough communicators from the beginning as well as competitively priced for the market. Every phase of the procedure was fully explained, my questions were all asked very patiently and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process which I was quite nervous about as my first surgical cosmetic procedure. I had not had eyebrows for years as a result of overplucking in my early teens which never grew back and had been through two rounds of microblading, which is very misleading in that the ink does not fully fade and to remove it you need to go through full blown laser tattoo removal. I found out about eyebrow transplants via social media and couldn't be happier I did - the procedure itself took several hours but was not too uncomfortable, the healing process was very straight forward and only uncomfortable for a few days and about 7 months later my eyebrows are growing in (started 2-3 months post procedure) densely and blending right in! Dr. Lefkovits and his team are so patient, friendly and caring and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with the plastic surgeon, Dr. George Lefkowitz. He performed eyelid surgery and chin liposuction on me. From the beginning, he was very thorough in explaining the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns – he never rushed our appointments. He did a superb job - my results are very natural - he did not overdo it. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lefkovits is extremely professional. He always takes the time to assess needs and considers my objectives before conducting the procedure. He then proceeds efficiently and effectively. I have never had to go back for adjustment. I highly recommend him.

My experience has been great, he is a very detailed surgeon. He's also very passionate about his work, and making sure you are comfortable. His staff is amazing and professional. I would recommend him for any surgery that he specialists in. I had two surgeries with him so far, which have been good. I just had my second surgery on Aug. 8th and I feel good about the way everything is healing. The surgery took about two hours and the level of discomfort is all I feel. I can't say I had full pain because I haven't as of yet, and it's been a week already. I had my follow-up appointment which went well too. I am grateful for Dr. Lefkovits and his amazing staff which provided me with the best care possible. If you are looking for quality plastic surgery then he is the surgeon for you. My experience with Dr. Lefkowits has been beyond amazing from start to finish. I did a breast aug with 375cc - I am 5'9 and around 120lb. He made sure that this sizing looked extremely natural on my slim frame. I started off with basically no boobs & I have no implant outline showing which I love! My breasts feel so soft and natural. When I woke up from the procedure the nurses were very sweet and attentive. I also loved that I did not wake up with marker lines all over my body - I've noticed that at other clinics & even other high end plastic surgery offices in the area, girls wake up with marker all over their bodies and it takes weeks to remove because you are too sore to scrub. I really appreciated this minor detail as it added to the CLEAN vibe that this office offers. My boobs were swollen when I woke up but I loved that I did not wake up with high breasts all the way up to my collarbone! Although I was tight and swollen my breasts still looked extremely natural straight off of the table. I love that this doctor does as many follow-ups as necessary without any additional fees (I believe up to 2 years post OP). He is so amazing. The women in his office are also SO amazing and SO attentive. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Lefkowits and I felt SO SO SAFE with him. I was debating between going to Miami and staying in NYC, but I am SOOO happy I went to this office. Trust me when I saw you will have absolutely NO regrets!

I recently got a tummy tuck and back roll lipo and I can say I’m extremely satisfied already, even though I’m only 12 days post op. Dr. Lefkovits did an amazing job and I can see a huge difference. I love that he made my new lipo incisions on my tatted skin, to avoid more lipo scars that will make it obvious you got surgery. I got lipo 360 previously at beautyfix and they did a terrible job. A waste of $8,500. I was left with a lot of fat and my skin was loose to begin with. I wasn’t too fat to begin with, therefore all my fat should’ve been removed because it was definitely under the legal max limit that can be removed in NYS. Instead of the surgeon telling me that I would need a tummy tuck to achieve the abdomen I wanted. He did the surgery and the result left me feeling depressed because my skin was super saggy after lipo. Do not get surgery at these kind of clinics. You’ll spend more like myself because you’ll need to get surgery twice to fix the mediocre job. Definitely get any of your plastic surgery needs done with Dr. Lefkovits. Not only is he super experienced, he doesn’t harass anyone who had a consult to try to get you to book a surgery like other clinics or offices do. Goes to show his professionalism.

I had surgery twice. During my first procedure I did a tummy tuck and liposuction of the flanks. During my second procedure I had a breast lift (no implants), arm lift, and liposuction of the inner thighs. During my consultation, Dr. Lefkovits was very upfront about the challenges of my surgery since I'm overweight, but was very confident about doing the procedures and obtaining great results. He was very accommodating in regards to scheduling my surgery to fit in with my vacation time. While I am still healing, the results are beyond my expectations. As a person of color, I was scared of how my scars would heal. Spoiler alert: they are healing nicely. My tummy tuck scar is very low and thin. Dr. Lefkovits also placed the drain site near the pubic area. After my TT surgery, the office would follow-up almost every day to make sure I was doing fine. All the nurses were super nice and helpful. My breasts are healing a bit slower than all of the other areas on my body. However, the parts of my breasts that have closed and healed are looking very nice. To the point you can't even see the scar going from my areola down. I'm very pleased. The scars under my breasts are still healing. My arm lift scar is under my arms, so it is not visible unless I raise my arms. I'm confident with time, the scars will fade with time. So far it's healing very nicely. While I see a difference in my thighs, I'm still swollen, so I've yet to know how they'll look like post-surgery. Lastly, my overall experience has been great. All of the office staff, especially Pearl, have been very personable and accommodating. As someone who has gotten several procedures, I completely recommend Dr. Lefkovits.

I found Dr. Lefkovits after searching for doctors with reputable reviews for implant revision and replacement. I had pretty moderate capsular contracture which was painful and in general, I was unhappy with the look and feel of my saline implants. Dr. Lefkovits was very knowledgeable and reassuring that I could fix the contracture and be happy with my results. After my consultation with him, I decided to go with silicone, under the muscle implants. He did an absolutely beautiful job and I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I also just want to mention how wonderful all of his staff are. Every time I've come in for my appointments, they are always so kind and took great care of me pre and post-op.
