I had been considering breast augmentation for nearly 20 years and went on several consultations before meeting Dr. Brian Forley—and from the very first appointment, it was clear he stood far above the rest. When we finally proceeded with the surgery, I was very nervous—I’m a total overthinker when it comes to health—but Dr. Forley was patient and kind every step of the way. He answered every email (and there were many!) with understanding and never once made me feel like a burden. Now, eight months post-op, I can confidently say the results are beyond what I hoped for. My breasts look and feel incredible—natural, symmetrical, and beautifully proportioned. Even friends who’ve had their own augmentations can’t stop complimenting how amazing mine turned out. I’ve genuinely had people tell me it’s the best boob job they’ve ever seen. I’m endlessly grateful to Dr. Forley—not only for his skill, but for his professionalism, compassion, and steady presence throughout this journey. As a Registered Nurse and native New Yorker to say I am discerning when it comes to my care is an understatement. I have been treated by Dr Forley for well over 22 years now, and am consistently delighted with my results. From Botox, fillers to Rhinoplasty and most recently MyElevate Plus, my results are natural, believable and always have people asking "Have you had a vacation?" I most recently , when looking at my face and neck in the mirror, felt an unusual disconnect, as I felt vibrant and youthful, but the sagging skin to both neck and jowls, the prominent "cords" in my neck and my somehow complete loss of delineation of a jawline had me looking old and somehow sad. A comedienne, apparently ,I am not.The experience was an easeful one. Dr Forely and his Operating RN Satu continually checked in with me and I felt very safe and well cared for. I went home following the procedure and did not experience any discomfort or pain. I returned to the office the next day for initial post op..and would return initially regularly for about a week or two for Dr Forley and his team to assess my progress. Here is the thing I did not expect: when the initial wrapping bandages were removed , the first post op day, I had a jawline! a sculpted and noticeable jawline! The "cords" at my neck were gone. For me it was a very emotional experience. I felt as if I looked 15 years younger, and with that I felt 15 years younger. It was as if I had been able to literally turn the clock back and have a second chance if you will, a sort of "do-over". I was happy. I felt lighter in spirit and happy again! This was a deeply personal experience for me. Five weeks later things are still healing. I am relaxed, there has been no discomfort and my results continue to evolve. I have been able to return to a social life about 7-10 days post-op completely. I am so happy with my results! I also would be remiss if I did not mention the team that Dr Forley works with! They are so patient and kind, even when I ask the same question for the 17th time. The follow -up and flexibility was very much appreciated. This is a team that are on top of their game and express kindness and compassion within the frame work of skill.

I went to Dr. Forley for a blepharoplasty a few years ago and for a neck lift this year. Everything went beautifully each time. Dr. Forley is extremely organized. He made sure that, in the weeks before and after each surgery, I took the right vitamins and used the right cleansers. He explained in easy-to-understand detail the procedures and pre- and the post-op instructions. His energy is wonderfully calm, so I always felt relaxed around him. I immediately knew I was in the best of hands. More than that, Dr. Forley is brilliant. Very quickly after each surgery, it was difficult to find any conspicuous lines or scars. The swelling went down quickly—exactly the amount of time Dr. Forley predicted it would take. Everything was easier than I expected. None of my friends or relatives has realized that I had anything done, only that I look more rested, rejuvenated, younger. On top of all that, Dr. Forley is a kind, compassionate, and caring human being. I feel quite fortunate to have met him, and the world is a better place with him in it!

In all this time, he has never once tried to convince me to have surgery to look better. While I know certain areas of my face would benefit more, it is just not something I want to do. Furthermore, when I think I may need another procedure to enhance a part of my face that is succumbing to age, he often advises me against it and tells me I don't need it. I am a 68-year-old male who was very self-conscious about my sagging neck, neck bands/ turkey neck and my disappearing jawline. I wanted to try and help the situation without doing surgery. Recently, I had the MyEllevate Plus treatment, a non-surgical procedure under local anesthesia to lift the neck area with jawline contouring. Since I was not a candidate for traditional surgery, Dr. Forely felt this was an excellent option. And it was! Several hours later, as I sat upright, waiting to be bandaged, he uttered, “Amazing.” With Dr. Forley as my plastic surgeon, aging faces a tough challenge. He is a highly skilled professional, but his ability to see me as an individual, listen, and customize a planned approach to suit my concerns is equally important. Over the years, after each appointment, I leave the office feeling like a better version of my younger self.

Dr. Forley was so patient with me as a first-time botoxer! He first asked about my concerns (unlike many doctors who just jump right in to the injecting!), and then shared more about what botox actually does to the muscles so I could better understand the treatment and how it works. After answering all of my questions (and trust me, I had MANY!), we got into the treatment itself. Dr. Forley had a gentle touch and checked after every prick to make sure I was ok before continuing -- even gave me a little stress ball! It's been two weeks since my appointment and I'm so happy with the results. My forehead and crow's feet have a little movement so I don't look frozen, but still crinkle less when I smile, frown, etc.

I went to Dr. Forley for laser treatments to reduce some brown spots on my chest and hands. He used the Nordlys device which was amazing! It was very fast and not painful. I especially appreciated that he did the treatment himself. I wouldnt have expected that from a busy 5th Ave plastic surgeon. He told me that I should come back for another session which I will definitely do. The whole experience was easy and efficient and I was in and out in about 40 minutes which was a nice surprise.

Have gone to Dr Forley for many years - always pleased - most recently my issue was lip lines. He used the RHA redensity filler - it looks amazing. So natural - I feel like I can wear bright color lipsticks with worrying about bleeding or drawing attention to lines….I even noticed my upper lip looks a bit fuller. Very happy
