Two weeks after my facelift with Dr. Sam Rizk, I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt I was in the hands of a true master. The surgery and recovery were seamless—I had virtually no bruising, no excessive bleeding, and a smooth, comfortable healing process. Even at this early stage, the results are already beautiful and natural, with so much more refinement to come. My face still looks like me, just fresher, more lifted, and more youthful. Dr. Rizk’s precision and artistry are unmatched—he’s not just a surgeon, he’s a sculptor. For me, this has been the closest thing to the fountain of youth, and I would do it again tomorrow without hesitation.

I went to Dr Rizk for a deep plane face and neck lift, brow lift , and laser. He truly is an artist and amazing at what he does. He exceeded all my expectations. My husband was against me doing surgery as he was worried I would look pulled and he is so happy with the results. I look refreshed and younger. I look like my self but much better. Dr Rizk also got rid of extra filler in my jaw line and as a result it looks much more feminine than before. Not only are the results amazing, but the recovery was so easy. I’d tried for decades to appreciate the grand bulbousness of my honker, to no avail. Seeing my own image left me self-conscious and sad. (Others’ teasing didn’t help.) I’d considered going under the knife for years, until finally finding the team that gave me courage to dare. What first drew me to Dr Rizk’s door were his reviews in addition to abundant before and after pics from multiple angles—especially the front—with “before” noses that very closely resembled mine, and beautiful “afters.” Then I spoke with Dila in the front office, who shared that she’d worked with the doctor for many years. He had even operated on her and her family members. Our chat gave me confidence to move forward, because having a top surgeon who also was trusted and beloved by his staff mattered hugely to me. Later, in the consultation, Dr Rizk gave the impression (without being mawkish) that he understood my pain. He was kind, calm, and respectful. He let me know the risks in advance and tempered my expectations by disclosing that my nose never would be totally symmetrical. Yet the changes he suggested were exactly what I’d been hoping for. Beyond that, Jola and Dila and the whole crew exuded warmth. Little touches like the albums overflowing with thank you cards in his waiting room reinforced my decision. Fast forward to over a year post-op... The swelling has nearly all subsided. I can see what Dr Rizk did. He somehow balanced my face. The proportions of my nose are more pleasing. Its angles, more refined. So it doesn’t steal negative attention but shares the stage with other features—suddenly my eyes and lips stand out. And I breathe better! The other plus is, the improvement is night and day without appearing dramatically different. How is that possible? People really cannot seem to tell I’ve done anything. (Still I share with most loved ones the story.) The results appear natural and just like me only more harmonious than what nature gave me. I owe deep gratitude to everyone in Dr Rizk’s office. You might say they helped me see past my nose to the visage of the woman behind it. That woman, like before, isn't eager to grab attention for her looks. She simply is now free from an insecurity, to enjoy life and give back with one less perceived obstacle. I’ll end by sharing that, If you suffer like I did, please know that doctors like Sam Rizk may be able to transform the “built-in” parts of your appearance that lend to your suffering—the parts you may have tried without success to accept. And if by chance you morph from an awkward duckling into a swan, remember what it’s like to be ridiculed, rejected, or passed over. Instead of letting your ego blow up, stay humble. Appreciate the beauty others overlook. Give respect indiscriminately, and treat everyone as worthy of love.

This is a difficult review due to a facelift that went very wrong & the surgeon who took on my complex revision. This has been a long journey. I spent two years searching for the perfect surgeon to have a facelift. I was 56 and I admit that I fell victim to social media. I'm embarrassed that my five consults were with the biggest marketing shills/ surgeons on IG. A very pricey and emotional lesson learned. My facelift was a complete failure. Botched does not cover the damage done to my face and neck. I then spent months speaking to dozens of "top" plastic surgeons who would not help me. The woman oozes integrity and has the biggest shoulders to cry on and lean on. She has been my biggest advocate and I go to her for everything. Need microblading? Call Melinda. New skin cream? Call Melinda. I love her like a sister. Dr Rizk...you must meet him to recognize what a truly brilliant (genius) plastic surgeon looks like, talks like, and treats his patients like. He loves what he does and that is apparent within 60 seconds of speaking with him. When he speaks and explains what his plan is, he takes you on a scientific journey, and you don't want it to end because you learn the intricacies of his skills, and the depth of his background. A tiny glimpse into the intelligence very few possess. He is gifted. He is talented. He is kind. I swear he is real, and this is not a paid endorsement...haha! He said he was up for the challenge. He's a problem solver. Lucky me! I would be remiss not to mention his staff - the dream team. They work as one unit. Everyone knows your case therefore everyone can help with whatever you need. My questions were answered quickly, and they will get Dr Rizk to the phone if you prefer. I felt their sense of family, and I consider all of them as my family. Lovely people! Surgery day was exciting. I felt safe. The staff was by my side offering hugs and love! Dr Rizk was ready to go and put me back together again. I was an out-of-town patient and Dr Rizk came to my room the next morning. He was lit up as he described my case and the details of my surgery...video included! Wow! I never developed a bruise. His sutures are the the teeny tiniest stitches, so I have no visible scars. My earlobes are still dainty and intact. My hairline is perfect. No hair loss. The level of detail is insane. I felt well enough to venture out and have some fabulous food with my sister. I did not look like I had just had surgery. I am a year out...almost to the day. Under Dr Rizk's care I will move forward with a few tweaks - CO2 laser and a little fat transfer to a small area left damaged by original surgeon. When I first met Dr Rizk he said, " I will be with you from the beginning to the end." And he has been! He is a unique surgeon and I feel blessed to be his patient.

Nobody simply walks into a deep plane facelift. But, on April 9th 2024, that’s exactly what I did. I cannot stress enough, how much research into the procedure I did the year prior. Nonetheless,I was extremely nervous to undergo this surgery. However, the moment I walked into Dr Rizk’s office, I knew I had walked into a special place. Dila, the office manager, answered so many questions and concerns. The nurses Tatyana and Jola are very compassionate and caring, they held my hand through the entire process. Again, no one walks into a deep plane facelift without having some reservations and anxiety, however if you are fortunate enough to walk into Dr. Rizk’s office, rest assured you are in the right place. I can say Dr. Rizk is ONE of a KIND. Not only is he a phenomenal surgeon, he is empathetic and genuinely cares about his patients. He is a real sculptor as well, for him it’s about a comprehensive result. The care that I received from my consultation to my post surgical care has been stellar. I highly recommend Dr. Rizk, he is an artistic genius at his craft. I could not have made a better decision choosing Dr. Rizk as my surgeon.

I am currently 6 weeks after having a deep plane facelift/necklift, chin implant and fat transfer with Dr. Rizk. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery, Dr. Rizk is an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a deeplane lower face and neck lift , and a laser/blepharoplasty with Dr.Rizk about 2yrs ago. Dr. Rizk is no ordinary surgeon, he is a true artist.
