5 out of 5 stars Laser Treatment
When I first walked in the office I noticed how clean and beautiful it is. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and I was taken in right away with no wait. The aesthetician was extremely friendly and made me comfortable throughout the entire visit. Before beginning any treatment we discussed my skin concerns and what I would like to accomplish before my wedding. I had a facial, peel,...
5 out of 5 stars Hyaluronidase
I came to Dr. Gross on the recommendation of a friend, and I also took the positive feedback from this site into consideration. I walked in upset about a botched under-eye filler job that my former dermatologist did. She overfilled me in one eye, then made it worse by doing a poor dissolving job with hyaluronidase, leaving me more sunken in the tear trough so my under-eye bulge looked even...
5 out of 5 stars Laser Hair Removal
I am very happy with my experiences at Dr. Gross' office. His staff is always friendly and professional. His office is extremely clean and organized. I have been getting treated for laser hair removal and the results are great! I would highly recommend Dr. Gross and his team for anyone looking to get the laser hair removal procedure.
5 out of 5 stars Vein Treatment
Dr. Gross and his staff were all so friendly and welcoming. It didn't even feel like a doctors office!
2 out of 5 stars Laser Treatment
Started off with small brown spots on my face. After laser treatment, face looked good for about 5 days. Then, large dark brown spots appeared across my forehead where skin was treated. Even with the help of skin lightening pads, I am now left with large dark brown spots across my forehead which may never fade.

May is Melanoma Awareness month, which was created to save lives by educating the public about skin cancer. This topic is a passion of mine, as I started my career as a skin cancer researcher and have since seen over 100,000 cancer patients. Knowing the basics about skin cancer can save your life and boils down to two things: recognizing the easy-to-understand ways of detecting it and perfecting your use of sunscreen. While there are three main types of skin cancer, melanoma is the...
Think of it this way: When our caveman ancestors were stressed, it was usually because of an immediate threat, like a sabre-toothed tiger crossing their path. This stress would trigger a surge of adrenaline leading to a “fight-or-flight response.” While we don’t have to worry about prehistoric tigers anymore, modern stressors cause our bodies to respond the same way it did in prehistoric times. Stress induced adrenaline surges can cause wrinkles, acne and dullness. Let’s break i...
In my experience as a dermatologist and chemist, no matter how good an ingredient may be, there’s always a way to make it even better. One of the most effective ways to supercharge a skincare product is by combining skincare ingredients in a single formula. When you mix two great things, you get something that’s even better. It takes two to tango, after all.Mix your way to perfect skin by combining complementary skincare ingredientsCocktailing ingredient combinations taps into the ...
In my practice, I like my patients to have a calm approach to cosmetic decisions—but there’s no doubt that these decisions can be daunting. It’s easy to feel confused, overwhelmed and frustrated. What if I told you that every skin issue can be put in to one of three categories? It’s true—every flaw is an issue of texture, lines, and color. I call this my TLC method, which takes a logical approach to what can be an emotional situation. It’s simple: T = Texture, L = Lines, C = Color.Texture...
Demanding jobs, an ever-expanding to-do list, and a shortage of downtime are pretty much the norm in our day-to-day lives. It’s no wonder that we feel so tired all the time. You know what else is exhausted? Your skin. Just like your body can run out of steam, so too can your complexion lose its natural vim and vigor. While skin exhaustion might sound a bit fanciful, it’s actually a very common problem. I spent years researching this phenomenon and discovered that looking run-down is act...
