Dr. Natoli is an amazing surgeon who does exemplary work. Her bedside manner is excellent, she is promptly available through email, and she is very receptive to questions and requests. Patients are her first priority, and I couldn’t be happier with the services rendered! My results had minimal scarring, even after revision surgery (which was precipitated by forces outside of anyone’s control), and look exactly like the sketches I brought to her with my ideal vision in mind. As a transgender patient, I was treated with respect and dignity throughout the whole process, and her team advocated for me throughout some insurance issues. I highly recommend Dr. Natoli!
Dr. Natoli has incredible bedside manner, is down to earth, super knowledgeable, listened to what I asked for and was able to deliver above and beyond. I needed help... I was prematurely aged in my early 50's due to past medical steroid use causing an inflated face and neck known as moon face. After my steroid treatment, it left me with skin that was horribly stretched out, hanging with jowels and a drawn looking overall face. A few months ago I had a labiaplasty done with Dr. Noel Natoli. This is a procedure that I have been thinking and dreaming about for over 10+ years. This insecurity has halted so many aspects of my life. This year I was determined to not let this be a contributing factor to my self-esteem anymore. I wanted to find an experienced plastic surgeon that has done plenty of labiaplasties before since it is a very personal and delicate area. I explored many plastic surgeons online and finally found Dr. Natoli. I reviewed many of her photos from the gallery and personal reviews from clients. I felt comfortable going forward for a consultation. When I came in for the first time, Dr. Natoli's confidence and expertise in this procedure made me feel no doubt about going forward with her. Because I had decided to be awake (only under local anesthesia) for the procedure, Dr. Natoli not only acted as a professional and talented plastic surgeon, but also as a support person. She made me feel comfortable with just the right amount of conversation and lightheartedness during the procedure. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. After the procedure due to my bleeding disorder, she kept in touch with me every single day (sometimes even twice a day). I never felt alone and knew that she would be there to answer emails or phone calls if I needed her. If she was unavailable, she had nurses on call to answer any questions or concerns. Months later, I am feeling so great about the results. The difference is something I never thought was possible. I am forever grateful to Dr. Natoli for giving me the opportunity for self-love that I was unable to accomplish without her.
I went in for a procedure that I was on the fence about for a little while. As soon as I met Dr Natoli I didn’t hesitate any longer. She has the best bedside manner i’ve ever encountered, but more importantly, is extremely knowledgeable. I knew from her patient reviews I was in great hands but was even more pleased upon our first meeting. For a personal procedure such as the one I had, I immediately felt at ease the second we got to talking, and the follow up since has been great. The entire office is wonderful; the front desk, the nurses, the facility and of course Dr Natoli. I can’t say enough good things. I know i’ll be a life long patient of her practice!

Dr. Natoli is an incredible surgeon and the sweetest person! I was only 21 when I got my tummy tuck from being overweight as a kid and she made me so excited and comfortable. She is like a second mother and makes you feel like you are in the best hands! My results were incredible and I will definitely be using her for any future surgery!!!
Dr Natoli is an Amazing Surgeon from Start to finish. I was extremely happy that I chose her as my surgeon. I never felt rushed. I never felt as if any question was ridiculous. She understood my concerns and fears and answered them all without rushing me even when I made a few appts to go over everything again . She was straight forward with all the information I needed and has fantastic bed Side manners as does her incredible staff. On the day of my surgery she calmed and reassured me. She held my hand as I went under . Surgery went Amazingly well, better than I could have anticipated. She is extremely talented... My recovery was normal with follow up visits to the dr and her staff checking in with me. As the days went on my recovery became easier than the day before. I highly Reccomend Dr Natoli for anyone’s surgeon that is thinking of doing these types of surgeries. She honestly cares for the patient and is extremely gifted
