So after having my 2nd child & being in my 30s the weight of my breast was great! Here I stood 5’3” 175lbs (curvy girl) and 36DDD/E breast!! The pain in my neck and back was horrible, bra strap sinking and indented. Couldn’t exercise the way I wanted :-( also picking clothes for this body as oppose to picking clothes that I love to match my style was never the case. It’s either I looked like I’m much older trying to hide them or I looked raunchy because they’re on display smh. So I have Aetna I went about lookin for a great plastic surgeon in my area who can make me feel like me again. What a surprise I found Dr. Lawrence Lin from North Shore Center for Plastic Surgery in Long Island NY. Best decision of my life! They took pictures he listened to alllll my concerns. Told me it takes up to 6 weeks for the insurance to approve it which they did IN ONLY A WEEK! Before I knew it I was doing my Pre Op and heading into surgery 6/6/19 @huntington hospital (amazing experience there!!) I’m currently 1week 4days PO but I feel AMAZING. If I had to choose to do it all over again I WOULD! Updated on 21 Jun 2019: Currently 2 weeks post Op and still healing really nicely, tape is finally all off & I love what I see! Still a lot of “swell hell” if I do a lot at my job (medical assistant) try to limit myself and tell myself I’m still healing. The itch of scabs ughhhh
