I recently did a breast reduction and a lift. I have learned about Dr. Hoschander from another flight attendant I worked with. She pulled me into the bathroom and showed me her boobs and I said omg stop! She said she was like a H cup idk but the way her breast looked and the shape and the recovery with little to no scarring I was sold! Getting my breast done has been something I wanted to do for years but never committed to because of the risk of not breastfeeding and unsure of the perfect doctor! After meeting with Dr. Hoschander he made me feel comfortable and confident it would work out fine. I studied his work and said I need to just give him a try. I unfortunately had an issue that occur after surgery with clotting, nothing pertaining to his work but I had to go back in and get my right breast done again. He took very good care of me and made me a priority and made sure whatever occurred was corrected! They came out sooo freaking good I cannot stop smiling and I cannot wait to show them off for my wedding in my bathing suits. I went from a 38DDD to a 36C (34 D as per Victoria Secret) My confidence level went from a 2-20! I cried when I tried on my first strapless top. Now that they are healing extremely well I feel more sexier in my clothing. I definitely recommend Dr Ari Hoschander 1000 times over! I appreciate the attention to detail and the after care. Based on the office and office staff I love them a 10 out of 10 based on my experience. Very nice women, and they make you feel welcomed and remeber you. I appreciate that a lot.

I had an amazing experience at KH Plastic Surgery! Dr. Hoschander was incredible—he made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, and my lip filler results are absolutely beautiful. I also loved that the numbing cream had a subtle fruity taste, which was a nice touch! I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Hoschander and his team! Right from my initial consultation, Dr. Hosch made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to all my concerns about my nose and surgery. He explained the process in a way that made me feel very confident moving forward with him as my surgeon. The surgery and recovery periods were so much easier than I expected, with no pain at all. My biggest concern going in was that the rhinoplasty would make me look like a different person, but my new nose is so natural and looks better than I could have ever imagined. I had an upper eye lift and let me tell you, I should have done it years ago had I known it was going to be this easy. The procedure was quick and painless, minimal downtime and I was back at work the same week and i have eye lids again! 2 years post breast augmentation with lift and I have the most wonderful, natural, results!! Dr. Hoschander is absolutely amazing! I did breast implants with a lift after consultations with numerous plastic surgeons. I decided to go with him and have 0 regrets.
