W. Matthew White, MD

I have seen Dr. White for conservative and beautiful filler for years now. He has always been so patient and kind, answering any and all questions I have. I really appreciate that Dr. White won't just push product or procedures on you if he doesn't think you need it. I also love that his practice doesn't force you to purchase an entire syringe of filler if he thinks you only need 1/4 or 1/2. There is no one I would trust more with filler or injectables--especially in the delicate tear trough area. I have referred friends to him for rhinoplasty as well and they all came out fabulous. Dr. White has a wonderful positive energy about him and he is just one of the sweetest people! I highly recommend him for anything you need above the neck. His staff is also very polite and helpful. All around, a great team!

My initial consultations (2) with Dr. White were informative and addressed my aesthetic wish list completely. I wanted to appear "refreshed and natural" without the tight pulled look. I had my full facelift approximately two years ago and continue to love the result. I am a nurse and knew what to expect post-operatively, but never anticipated the pain free and speedy recovery I experienced. I was able to return to sporting activities within 6 weeks. Dr. White has been available and supportive to me during the peri-operative to present. He is a skilled and compassionate surgeon whom I highly recommend.

If you've ever contemplated rhinoplasty and hesitant to do it, I would definitely recommend Dr. White hands down. He has a very discerning eye for the desired look and was very patient with all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable given that rhino is a procedure so highly visible, I mean come, it's your face right! Originally I wad referred to Dr. White for a neck procedure that I was interested in as I am "only" 38 and developed a double chin which was incongruent to the rest of my body. It's genetic and unavoidable so we spoke of the neck lipo. Truly as a footnote I asked about rhino and if he also specializes in this procedure. I wasn't even thinking of it the time as I was focused on my neck but the conversation quickly evolved from a theoretical and abstract to a reality. He showed many examples of the patients before/after photos and I was convinced that he was not only qualified but knew what shape would best suit and compliment my face. He considered all my suggestions and we designed a shape together after giving it some thought, although I think he knew what to do all along, he was just humoring me with the team exercise! ;-) Needless to say I would consider myself a rather impatient patient however now that it has been over 3.5 months since the procedure, I have started noticing the shape we discussed and thus extremely pleased. I am continuing to heal and will require additional time but the process is underway and Dr. White was very kind and patient with all my questions and skepticism! He is very honest with his assessment and ascribes to the "less is more" philosophy in my particular case. I wasn't seeking a dramatic difference, simply a shape that better suited my face and simply enhance my facial structure/look. It's only been 3.5 months and many people whom I haven't seen in a while compliment my new "look" but not quite able to place what has changed, most have guessed that I have lost weight or have a new haircut but their fingers never point to the center of my face and that is exactly what I was aiming for. Ultimately I am very pleased with the results thus far and if you ever considered it but skittish about what doctor to perform this highly visible and delicate procedure, I would highly recommended Dr. White. He and his staff will do everything possible to make this a successful and pleasant experience. Take it from a difficult patient, he is now my Doc for life! I just wanted to point out that his staff including Jamilah and Natallia were amazing with working with my schedule and helped guide me through this process and I really appreciate their support. 5 stars from initial consultation to post-op care to progress and follow up visits. I wanted a more youthful appearance. I had excellent aesthetic results from harvard trained ps doctor at NYU. The surgery was almost 7 months ago in november, 2013 and i have been miserable ever since. Extreme choking sensation, tightness, burning and stinging, ears fee like they are being pulled on all the time. Just miserable. looks great but i would not have done this had i known the healingwould be so long and awful. I have seen a pain dr.. And am on all kinds of meds including anti-depressants which i've never needed before, that dont seem to be helping very much. Do your research before doing any cosmetic procedures. I wish i could go back in time. I would have just accepted myself. It wasn't even that bad.

For many years I had been unhappy with my neck and decided to go for ultheraphy which Doctor White had worked on at Harvard. I was pleased with the results but he told me it was only half as good as a neck lift. I finally decided to take the plunge and I cannot tell you how wonderful the results were. Minimum downtime and very natural results. Everyone I see tells me how great I look and ask if I have lost weight or gotten a new haircut. Sorry I didn't do it years ago. Best doctor I have ever been to.

I had the procedure performed by Dr. White. He answered my many questions and what I could expect afterward. The results surpassed what I had expected. The chin/neck was my primary concern and it was much firmer. Although I didn't advise anyone of having this procedure done, family at a recent gathering noticed and commented on my looking younger (this just doesn't happen, we're just not the type to toss compliments about). I had Thermage done 8 yrs ago and the results were minimal, would not recommend that. Ultherapy had great results without the invasive cutting, pain and healing time. The slight discomfort during the procedure was no worse than my bikini hair lasering and I didn't take any pain relievers such as tylenol for this. I saw an improvement immediately, but by 3 months the results were truly impressive. This was the best investment in anti-aging that I could have made. I believe choosing a doctor like Dr. White that is experienced in this would make a difference. Save your groupon deal for something else, research your physician and you will be pleased with the results.

Ultherapy is a great option for patients that are looking for a subtle lift in a short amount of time. I had my lower face area treated and had a great experience. There is NOT as much pain involved as people claim. I was done in a little over an hour, and did not have swelling or redness. People have commented that I look refreshed but can't figure out why. Best part, I notice a big difference!
