Great doc highly recommend it , he has a true aesthetic eye and approaches his work like an artist. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, set realistic expectations and explain the process. surgery went smoothly, and the stitching is exceptionally precise - had minimal bruising and scar look great - i tend to scar badly. Office and staff outstanding - easy access with Text and check in often and very knowledgeable. Will go back to Dr Kang for all my other beauty needs.

I didn’t have any referrals from friends or family—I found Dr. Kang through my own research on Google, and I feel very lucky that I did. Dr. Kang has an excellent team, every member is professional, considerate, and treats patients with great care. They truly make me feel comfortable and welcome in the office. After comparing my before-and-after photos from the lower eyelid surgery, the improvement is very noticeable. I do the double eyelid surgery, and is pretty good and fit me. No painful, no suffer. The recovery is fast I just use two week to become natural. Like it! My friends saw the result and they all say is perfect. Recommended

I was very lucky to have found Dr. Kang through my online research. From the start, I knew he aligned with my goal of achieving a natural-looking ethnic rhinoplasty. As someone with a Filipino nose and a bulbous tip, I was concerned about how a surgeon would approach my case, but Dr. Kang exceeded my expectations. He used an L-shaped silicone implant to raise my nasal bridge and added ear cartilage to the tip as a buffer for a more natural result. From the initial consultation through post-healing, they gave me the best care.

I recently underwent eyelid surgery—Asian upper and lower bleph with Dr. Kang, and my only wish, is that I had done it sooner. I’ve wanted to correct my eye asymmetry for over a decade. It was becoming bothersome to take photos, and I was straining my one eyebrow up to raise my eyelid open. After my surgery with Dr. Kang, I can honestly say—he and his team of lovely nurses (Nina and Kelly) are highly skilled professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing this procedure. Previously, I had also attended consultations with other 2x surgeons within the New York area, but after meeting with Dr. Kang, it was evident he was confident to perform the surgery with the highest attention to detail, something I valued, as I had been timid to do the procedure for fear of poor results. He was most concerned with preserving my natural features, accentuating my own individual eye shape, and looking at my overall facial balance during the consultation, versus a copy and paste procedure. To correct my eye asymmetry, he advised he would need to create a crease fold to hide the scarring where excess skin would be removed. As long as I left his office, still looking like me, I was at ease. The day of my surgery, Dr. Kang and his nurses (Nina and Kelly) went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Even the surgery itself was pleasant—as I was under local anesthesia. Dr. Kang took his time the entire surgery to correct my asymmetry, and removing my under eye bags. Even the same day, night of, I could tell—he had nailed it. The next morning, my eyes were swollen, but I knew he had done a phenomenal job. The after care and follow up appointments have been wonderful. The biggest testament is that every morning, I wake up happy, and so pleased with the outcome in the mirror. My mother even admitted, the results are flawless. Dr. Kang’s results and craftsmanship speak for themselves. BIGGEST thank you to Dr. Kang, I feel like the very best version of myself!

I’ve gotten my first eyelid surgery back in China many years ago, but I was very unhappy with the results. When I came to see Dr Kang in NYC, he gave me a complete consultation and provided phenomenal care for my second revision eyelid surgery. I’m currently 51 years old and I’ve been with Dr Kang for almost 5 years now initially for the lower blepharoplasty.
