After residency, he completed a fellowship in microsurgery and hand surgery at The Buncke Clinic in San Francisco. After his training at the Buncke Clinic he pursued additional training in cosmetic surgery by working with some of the top cosmetic surgeons in San Francisco.. Dr. Kayastha is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kayastha is married to Kate Pastore Kayastha M.D., who practices emergency medicine. They live in Niskayuna, New York with their two children. In his spare time Dr. Kayastha enjoys spending time with his family.
