After, a significant weight loss I was in need of extensive plastic surgery to help remove loose skin. I met with multiple surgeons for initial consults and lastly walked into TPSC, where I quickly knew I had met the surgeon for me, Dr. Kauffman. Besides, the fact that he did an incredible job sculpting my body he demonstrated honesty and directness from the moment of my initial consult. I had extensive cosmetic surgery (tummy tuck, lipo, and inner thigh lift) which has been life changing and with time only improves my appearance. In addition to being such a talented surgeon his entire staff is exceptional from the receptionist to the Nurses. I am extremely grateful for Dr.Kauffman, his entire staff and his partner Dr. Ibrahim.

When I finally, after years of contemplation, committed to a breast augmentation, I was living in Europe. Despite my restrictive schedule for flying to America to have the surgery, Dr. Kaufman's team amazingly booked everything with ease, allowing ample time for the surgery and follow-up before returning to Europe. They stayed in touch with me before, during and after the surgery. His team shared insight and exuded warmth. I immediately felt comfortable. From the moment I met Dr. Kaufman I knew that I would be more than fine. He is sensitive, professional and caring. He quickly understood my situation and addressed all of my options, weighing pros and cons of each. Dr. Kaufman has a "can do" attitude and made it all seem very easy, which it was. He and his team have been attentive on all follow-up and supportive. I honestly feel like it is a social visit when I come to his offices, which has made the entire experience very pleasant and positive. My self esteem has soared since having my breast augmentation and I am immensely glad I did it.

Extremely disappointed and distressed with my results, as the areas I asked to be addressed received the least attention. I have daily pain in my left cheek, behind my ears and the back of my head and was told these are "Small problems". My concerns have been ignored and I've been told, "You look great" and with that I must be happy. Beware prospective clients, Beware.

Dr Kaufman preformed rhinoplasty on my nose in 2008. He was supposed to correct the tip (too pointy) and remove a small bump. My nose also leaned to one side and he said he will be able to correct it.  It was an open surgery.  It we well and after about 2-3 months I realized that the enormous swelling i had on the tip is not going down. Apparently it was a huge scar tissue. I also noticed that there is a hole in my septum that made whistle sounds every time I breath, especially at night. That keep me awake. Dr Kaufman set me to a specialist that bluntly asked if I had a cocaine problem.... No, my problem was my plastic surgeon, thank you.   At my 1 year appointment, Dr Kaufman said he will perform a second operation to correct all the issues, at no charge. The scar tissue was reduced a little bit but the majority is still there. The hole in the septum remains. My nose still leanes on to one side and now i have issue breathing. I would like to correct all the issues so I will need a third operation. It would be very complex and expensive.
