I am a 22 year breast cancer survivor . I have been struggling for years on whether or not I should have bi-lateral diep flap surgery. After having done some research , Dr Elkwood and his staff made it so easy for me to decide to have the surgery. They held my hands the whole way through. Today I feel like a complete women . I will forever be grateful to Dr. Elkwood and his loving staff.

I had a breast augmentation surgery performed by Dr. Elkwood about two months and I couldn't be happier. He is not only compassionate, but he had so much patience answering all of my questions and concerns (I had A LOT) before and after the surgery. Dr. Elkwood's staff at The Plastic Surgery center is courteous and very helpful. His nurse Katie is just as amazing as Dr. Elkwood, I would seriously call her multiple times a week questions and she was always kind and helpful. Great experience!

Tram Flap Breast Reconstruction after double mastectomy. The surgery was completely simultaneously with the mastectomy and was followed by a four day hospital stay. I went home with four drains which remained for approximately 2 weeks. My recovery was uneventful and I was able to manage pain and discomfort with extra strength Tylenol. Breast Revision after radiation was complete in order to match breast size after one side was reduced due to radiation treatments. Again, the surgery went smoothly and recovery was uneventful.

Dr. Elwood was suggest by my surgeon who removed the HERS2 Cancer from my left breast. He and his team do a wonderful job and walked me through the entire process with care and kindness. If you are ever in a position yo have this type of work done under the great emotional stress of the disease of cancer I would suggest you consider dr. Elwood and his team.

I am a petite woman in my twenties and my body is pretty well balanced except for my saddle bag area (outer thighs) I have tried all sorts of diets and exercise for years and nothing has helped me reduce them. I told my mother I wanted liposuction and she said she would support me only if I went to Dr. Elkwood. Several of her friends had gone to Dr. Elkwood with great results. At my consultation I found Dr. Elkwood to be very friendly and very helpful. He agreed with me that liposuction would be the only way I would ever get rid of my problem. The surgery itself was much easier then I thought it would be. The next day I was up and around and feeling just fine. I am now 5 months out and my result is fabulous. No more saddlebags. Thank you Dr. Elwood and your great staff. The fee was also very reasonable. I did my homework beforehand and Dr. Elkwood's fee was very competitive. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am 57 years old and I have not been happy with photos of myself for a while. I had drooping skin at my jowls and a growing turkey neck. I went to Dr. Elkwood because my gynecologist told me he is the best in the business and she has seen nothing but great results from him. My consult with Dr. Elkwood was very informative. He described exactly what he would be doing and answered all of my questions. He has a very warm personality and made me feel very comfortable. The surgery itself wasn't long and my recovery was very smooth. There was very little pain involved (suprisingly). The cost of the surgery was very reasonable compared to what I know other people have paid. Needless to say I am very happy with my result and a few of my friends have gone in for facelifts and they are thrilled. A very natural looking outcome.

I had a number of spots on my face that were precancerous that the dermatologist attempted to treat with a cream. The sites returned so I had a consultation with Dr. Elkwood. After a lengthy discussion, we decided that the best solution to avoid multiple incisions was to have a full face laser procedure. The experience with Dr. Elkwood was excellent. I had minimal recovery time and was back to work the following week. My skin is even and clear and the areas of concern are gone. Dr. Elkwood is an excellent surgeon and I highly recommend his skills and judgment. I am extremely pleased with my results.

Dr. Elkwood is an amazing, extremely caring doctor! He is knowledgeable and very informative. He treated a horrible scar I was left with on my arm after an accident I had with a saw. After seeing the doctor it has healed nicely and is almost unnoticeable to anyone. I would recommend him to anyone for treatment!

As soon as I met Dr. Elkwood, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to use for my procedures. His bedside manner was fabulous. He was kind and caring and answered all of my questions. He made me feel at ease. Dr. Elkwood and his staff were wonderful from my very first visit through all of my post-op visits. I had my procedures done at the ambulatory surgical center associated with The Plastic Surgery Center, which was also a great experience. The facility was state of the art and the nursing staff was professional and caring and explained everything to me. I am beyond happy with the results from both of my procedures. The outcome far exceeded what I was expecting and the care I received was top notch. All-in-all, my experience with Dr. Elkwood and his staff at the Plastic Surgery Center, as well as The Center for Outpatient Surgery, was awesome!! I highly recommend Dr. Elkwood.

I could not be happier with my breast surgery. After my children my body was totally destroyed. Dr Elkwood and his amazing staff put me back together. This practice is so professional and caring. He even called me at home the night of my surgery to see how I was feeling! The incisions are healing and I cannot wait to get into a bathing suit. Thank you Dr Elkwood you really are the best!!!
