If you consider that new&nbsp;implants alone will cost about $2000, and revisionary breast surgery is more difficult than the primary surgery, it would almost always cost much more than the $4000 you have budgeted. &nbsp;I assume you have saline implants and, looking at your right breast, you have a good size and shape and, in my opinion the left side is way too large. &nbsp;So, your most cost effective solution would be to simply remove your implants. &nbsp;You would then be symmetrical. &nbsp;The cost of that procedure would likely be under $4000. &nbsp;

The ruptured implant has been in my body for a year and a half. The reason I have not been able to act sooner is because the financial hardship and limited means. While I am aware that I cannot choose a doctor based on price alone I Do not have much means. This is absolutely not the type of advice that can or should be given in a forum such as this. &nbsp;You have healing problems from your&nbsp;surgery and should contact your plastic surgeon. &nbsp;You might be prescribed an antibiotic cream for your wound issues. &nbsp;Alcohol should never be used in an open wound.

I am 25 days post op from tummy tuck with Lipo and bbl. My question is should I clean the belly button area inside with alcohol to prevent infection?

This is a very complex question. &nbsp;In general, the bigger your breasts, the more you will droop. &nbsp;Sometimes, drooping can be made less noticeable by lowering the level of the crease below the breasts. &nbsp;That would make your nipples appear higher. &nbsp;From your photos, I can not tell whether this approach would benefit you. My suggestion is to have the augmentation (be careful not to go too big) and "let the dust settle". &nbsp;If the implants were placed under the muscle (or in the "dual plane"), then you could safely have a lift in the future. &nbsp;

Surgeon suggested lift but i refused then he suggested I would go for Nagor 415 teardrop implant which has a length of 13.5 cm and projects 5.3 cm - would like to hear your views if I go for this would my sagging get better or after swelling is down I would go back to same sagging

And that is really what it seemed like for a while.&nbsp;&nbsp;In the 1980s, we were told that only about 4 pounds was safe to suction. &nbsp;But then the techniques changed and, when we infiltrate the fat with a chemical called "epinephrine", blood loss is markedly reduced. &nbsp;That let's us suction more safely. &nbsp;So, first of all liposuction is not a method of weight loss - if you are more than about 10-15% above your ideal weight, lose weight first. &nbsp;At that point, 4 pounds should be a very safe amount to suction. &nbsp;We can go all the way up to 10 pounds in an average, healthy person, but there is no question that the risks increase with higher amounts of fat. &nbsp;Above 10 pounds (give or take a pound)&nbsp;is simply foolish. &nbsp;We need to be sensible about cosmetic surgery, and not endanger your life. &nbsp;It's not "what you can get away with"...it's what is uniformly safe.

I am currently investigating <a href='http://www.realself.com/reviews/facelift'>facelift</a> and lower <a href='http://www.realself.com/Eyelid-Surgery/reviews'>eyelid surgery</a>. I have two doctors that I've narrowed down to perform different types of lifts. One uses a more traditional SMAS type lift (45 degree vector) and the other an ENT Dr. suggested a deep plane lift (60 degree vector). Women's breasts continue to grow several years after puberty. &nbsp;For the most part, that means by age 18, your breasts are mature and will stop growing. &nbsp;In many women, that age is much earlier - age 16 is not uncommon. &nbsp;Of course, breasts grow throughout life when you gain weight, and during pregnancy. &nbsp;

If your incision was closed properly and you refrain from exercise and sex for three weeks postop, you should not have issues with your incision. &nbsp;Of course, that means you do not have diabetes, or smoke, or have other healing issues. &nbsp;Your surgeon should not remove so much skin that the wound would be in danger of opening. &nbsp;

I find that so many people have issues with their tummy tuck incisions reopening post op. Is this an issue of not following physican instruction on discharge or poor surgical technique?

Your doctor was correct in canceling your surgery. &nbsp;Tummy tucks have a 2% DVT rate, even without hormonal influence. &nbsp;Add to that a hormone eluting IUD and you've got potentially life threatening problems. &nbsp;Have the IUD removed and wait a month before having surgery.

My TT was cancelled because I have an IUD is this normal? I was told it would increase my chances of having a blood clot.

The new generation of "form stable" or "gummy bear" implants have a lower complication rate than the older silicone gel implants. &nbsp;If you have concerns about the safety of silicone gel (and you should not), then consider saline implants. &nbsp;

Simply does not exist.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a surgical condition and you should consult a board certified plastic surgeon and possible a general surgeon.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sorry.

Hello Doctors, 10 months postpartum found out I have small umbellical hernia and diastasis recti (started 1,3,2 fingers). Looking down I see belly button is shifted and not at the center. Started wearing splint and doing exercises from different programs and see little results (after 3months I am at 0,3,3). Will alignment and right breathing help? Can I close gaps without a splint? Can I close diastasis and fix hernia without a surgery? Can I run with diastasis, will I make it worse? Thank you
