Went to Dr. Starker at the Peer Group by recommendation of two friends who had undergone breast augmentation here. I knew by their rave reviews of the overall experience, this was a professional and efficient practice and Dr. Starker was a fantastic, kind and patient doctor - I was not disappointed. Every appointment was timely.... I never waited more than 5 minutes to be escorted into the examination room, and Dr. Starker would be in to see me within minutes of me changing! He spent as much time as I needed, answering my questions, talking about options and making me comfortable and confident that I would be in great hands. Surgery day was smooth and stress free, and all of my follow ups have been easy and well-managed. The group is extremely organized, everyone is lovely - from the reception girls, to the techs and nurses, to Annrica - my patient coordinator! I'm thrilled with the results and my new breasts . I'm just disappointed I waited so long to come here and meet Dr. Starker! Thank you to the Peer Group for an amazing patient and client experience - A+++

I had breast augmentation performed in June. I couldn't be happier with the the pre-appointments, surgery and all of the special care I have been given after the surgery. Not to mention, the "girls" came out great. It was such a great experience. I only wish I did this years ago. Dr. Starker was so compassionate, professional and skilled. I would highly recommend Dr. Starker.

Dr. Starker is a wonderful physician. Prior to this surgery, I had never had cosmetic surgery or any kind of surgery whatsoever. Dr. Starker was sensitive to my apprehension, and answered my zillions of questions patiently and wisely. On top of this, he really heard me when I explained that, different than many women, I wanted a very subtle augmentation that would be extremely natural looking and not eye-catching. I have daughters to whom I would like to pass a healthy concept of self-assurance. I really feel like Dr. Starker and I were completely “on the same page” in helping me to reach my goals— I explained, he heard me, and we came up with a plan that was surgically sensible and personally satisfying for me.

Dr. Starker is truly professional, attentive, caring and skilled. His staff is friendly, accommodating and warm. My experience was extremely positive and I would gladly recommend Dr. Starker and his staff!

I had Liposuction with Dr Starker. I am very fit to begin with and only wanted the liposuction to flatten my lower belly to match my upper belly rib area. Additionally, since I was there, I had him trim my upper thighs a little bit to better fit into jeans. I’ve been a size 2 most of my adult life (I’m 49) and was not looking for dramatic results. I just wanted to fine tune things a little. I am 100% happy with my results! Dr Starker listened to what I wanted and was able to expertly suck out just enough fat to balance out my body. I’m so happy I finally had the procedure after so many years being in the gym and not being able to do this fine tuning without having to go on a diet and starve myself in order to reach the body I’ve tried to work so hard for (I work out 6 days per week religiously).

Dr. Starker is amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about my procedure and was able to answer all my questions. He made me feel completely comfortable through the whole process. I couldn't have expected better results!

Dr.Starker always makes me feel comfortable and never pushes for unnecessary procedures. I was worried about having a frozen face from botox and after a consultation he used a small amount of botox to correct only a very small area that was bothering me giving me a very natural look. No one even knew I had gotten it done! I also had coolsculpting done at the peer group and the staff was amazing. I have a crazy schedule and they made sure to work around it even staying late after hrs until I was finished.

I had been receiving Botox injections in my axilla every 3-6 months since approximately 2008 for excessive sweating. My physician mentioned, MiraDry, that would alleviate the need for Botox every few months. The procedure was painless and quick (maybe 1-1.5 hours). I was quite comfortable due to the local anesthestic and did not experience any pain. The staff was phenomenal and constantly inquired if i was experiencing any sensation of heat during the procedure. Dr. Starker and Darrell, who both performed the procedure, were phenomenal and made the whole experience very pleasant. I understand there may be a chance that a repeat procedure may be necessary, but with the experience I had, I would easily undergo another treatment session.

I had a Rhinoplasty with Dr. Isaac Starker from the Peer Group in Florham Park NJ three months ago and I had amazing results! Dr. Starker as well as the entire office were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. My outcome was exactly what we discussed and what he had shown me it would look like and I couldn't be happier with my results.

I've always been someone who was very into working out but as I got older I started to realized that I couldn't get rid of the extra 5 lbs around my mid section no matter what I tried. I heard about Coolsculpt from a friend and was immediately very interested. Dr. Starker and his staff at The Peer Group were very helpful the entire way through the process. While getting the procedure done I felt like I was at a spa. The facilities at The Peer Group office are top notch. Dr. Starker was very upfront about the tenderness I might feel after. I did feel some but was back at the gym working out the very next day. I got everything done in one day and after about a week the tenderness went away completely. It was very mild and I felt very prepared for it since Dr. Starker had been very informative leading up to my procedure. I can't recommend this procedure, Dr. Starker or The Peer Group enough. Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful. A few days after I had everything done, Dr. Starker followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing. I think this is a perfect procedure for anyone looking to shed some extra bulges and there is no where I would rather have this done than at The Peer Group by Dr. Starker.
