This is my other area of expertise. Breast augmentation, lift and reduction are routine in most plastic surgeons' practices, but by doing breast reconstruction with patient’s own tissues for so many years, I have mastered all these breast procedures. Safety was always my #1 concern. I never used textured implants in breast augmentation because I didn’t believe they made a positive difference. I introduced the Ideal Implant to our Northern New Jersey area as I believed it was the safest implant. Breast symmetry is very critical and often difficult to achieve if one doesn’t master the breast surgical techniques of reduction, lift, and augmentation. Abdominoplasty is often combined with breast enhancement surgery and is called mommy makeover. This is done to reverse the negative effects of pregnancy and child birth. Women’s breast and abdomen often undergo changes during pregnancy that can only be reversed by a combination of abdominoplasty, lipo and breast lift, augmentation or reduction

I have mastered the facial surgery over my 35 years of experience to the point that I can achieve the most significant results with the shortest scars and the fastest recovery. Doing facial procedures like facelift, endoscopic brow lifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and lip lifts under local anesthesia with moderate sedation makes the procedure less invasive, yet improves the overall result. I am convinced that this is the way of the future. Knowing all about the latest technology by attending many national and international conventions, I can evaluate my patients and offer them the best options. I understand that everyone is constantly searching for the magic wand to look younger and better. There are so many practitioners that are exploiting this desire by promising great result without an incision and with no recovery time. I feel that it is my job to educate my patients in order for them to understand their real choices and offer them the most effective and least invasive procedure

I realized the importance of lips in facial rejuvenation early and started enhancing the lips with SMAS grafts. These were the days before we had a good reliable filler. I would use a strip of SMAS from in front of the ears during a face lift operation and place it in the lips with a special clamp that created a small tunnel under the red part of the lip. I found this worked better than fat grafting. This was before Restylane came on the market. Restylane revolutionized the lip augmentation as it offered consistent results with no need for harvesting the material. The height of the philtrum or the distance between the base of the nose and the red of the upper lip was another area that deserved special attention. Since 2012, I've performed lip lifts alone on a regular basis on my face lift patients. Most plastic surgeons were unfamiliar with the benefits of this operation at that time. Today this has become a very popular procedure and is my super specialty.

I have extensive experience in plastic surgery. This experience allows me to obtain better results, shorter recovery time and fewer complications. I have not adopted any procedure or gadget that is questionable in effectiveness, even though they could have been profitable to my practice.
